Elizabeth River Boat Landing and Park

We came here to fish on Father's Day as we required wheelchair access to the fishing pier. It was awesome! The views of the Jordan Bridge are spectacular! They have educational monuments around the park area explaining different pieces they used in building the Jordan Bridge, very cool. There is a bait shop and nice, clean bathrooms. After setting the Dads up at the fishing spot, I took the kids to play at the park! We could see all the river traffic and my kids enjoyed watching the barges and tugboat as much as they enjoyed the park equipment. They even have a work out type area separate from the playground. This is a nice place to spend the afternoon outside fishing with the family!

This is a Beautiful park. It's very clean.There are plenty of picnic shelters and benches. The fishing pier and boat ramp are really nice and spacious. The walking paths are paved. The playground area is Lovely.There are bathrooms and a little store. The view is scenic. This is definitely a hidden gem. I didn't know this park existed! I Love this place!☺👏🏆👍🔥❤

A very neat spot along the water, this park is certainly worth a visit. Great views of the Navy ship building facility across the river, the bridge above, and other amenities such as a fishing and crabbing pier, playground and exercise equipment, trails around the park, pavilion with snack bar, and open fields for whatever else is there. It’s free, and didn’t seem to me like they closed at any certain hour, so whenever you’d like, you can visit. Cheers.

I walk the Jordan Bridge for exercise and always add the park at the foot of the bridge to it. The views are so beautiful and the park is well kept. Its always a great place to relax. There's fishing, boat ramps and playgrounds. There's a shop on the grounds and plenty of picnic tables.

Beautiful clean park for the family. The Jordan bridge can provide shade during the day.

Beautiful area with playground, dog park, pier and you can walk the Jordan bridge. I saw the cutest little fox after my walk one day. I said hey foxy and it looked at me like "hi human" and chased a bird!

A hidden gem! Really interesting scenery, a park for the kids, nice covered picnic areas, dog park, snack shack, bathrooms, pier, and boat ramp. Parents and kids alike all had fun! We'll be coming back for sure!

Very nice and relaxing park. Nice views of the Elizabeth River. Has a dog fenced in area for your furbaby. Boat landing and a pier you can crab or fish on.

Great place to walk for exercise and picnic areas are awesome. Can accomplish multi purpose activities including fishing and a snack shop is available as well.during operating hours only.

First time back since it was renovated a few years ago. Nice playground and gazebos. They even have an outdoor gym with different machines. Wasn't able to fish this time but the pier is right under the Jordan bridge so it's a great view of the Elizabeth River.

I like this park that has been revamped for the new bridge. The snack bar is gonna be really nice this summer

Superb place for doing family BBQ. Great for kids with some swings and slides available. Beautiful sunset views. Would recommend!

Great little park and you can't beat sunsets from there. Snack shop there too. Fishing pier and boat launch. Right near downtown norfolk.

This place is always great, bring the kids go fishing/crabbing or let them play at the park, a nice picnic area and if your a drone enthusiasts some very great video and photos can be taken here.

We had a company get together there and the place was very spacious and hidden from the public. There was a picnic area,rest rooms and a play area for the kids plus it was dog friendly (dog area too) 👍🏾

The area was nice and peaceful. The pier is decent too. Casted out a few times but nothing was biting...I'd go back to do like a picnic or something....Lots of space and parking.

Great fun with Back Bay Amateur Astronomers attending one of the monthly Saturday "Sun"day events! We saw solar flares, a prominence and a halo around the sun on this day.

Great park and fishing pier at the base of the South Norfolk Jordan Bridge. Two sets of public restrooms a dog park fishing pier and boat launch. Also have a snack and bait shop.
Really enjoy running and walking the bridge. Nice pedestrian walkway goes all the way across. Great views!

Worth noting the fishing pier is free no need for license

This park is quant. My family and I love having a picinic while enjoying views of the river. The up to date outdoor workout equipment is nice especially at sunset.
