They had helpful; Cheerful people. Spent over $400 including locked up tools. When getting the Ryobi battery package I was interested in. He said "come here! I think this one's better!" And We walked down center 50ft and in the display was a good deal on the bigger ones I want! Saved $80!

Ordered new window blinds and had our old ones removed and new ones installed. It was great! Best system they have for measuring, ordering and installation all in a very timely manner. Even when I got a quote, I asked if they had a similar blind in a cheaper brand, and they did Venetta which saved money, but still got great quality blinds without the brand name of Bali.

This has always been my local Home Depot, I’ve been coming here since I was a teen. It’s always clean, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for, the associates are always helpful and attentive. Tool rental is smooth and easy. I’ve even rented/ returned Penske trucks here at tool rental as well. The pick-up area makes things easy to load your vehicle. The garden area is clean and well payed out. Overall, it’s a model store.

I just want to thank a wonderful Home Depot Port Charlotte employee, his name is Irv!! He's the best! He went out of his way from leaving his post as the person that greets customers at the door helping me find a flatbed and the plexi-glass! I hope Home Depot knows what a GEM you are!!

This review is for Dave in the garden center. He went out of his way to help me find the mulch that other employees told me was sold out. He went to the back inventory and got me ten bags. He also took the time to help me load it into my car and three bags of heavy cement. Dave is a great employee, and really made my shopping trip pleasant!

Most unique home depot i've ever been to, great customer service and good selection. Even saw a man loading plants into the back seat of his Rolls Royce......Thats the kind of money i'm aiming for.

Love this place....they have everything there from soda, tile, elctrical, roofing supplies, cleaning materials, Appliances , catpet, plants. They have everyyhing you need to get the job done economically. Check it out.

Our go to place for all things household. To fix, replace or update. I go often and check out the back row for specials on things returned or miscut. There are allot of clearance items at the end of the aisles too. The employees on the floor, when they are there, are very helpful. The paint department has very friendly staff and so does the outdoor section. My favorite is you can order online or onsite and when it comes in, it'll be ready at the counter when it's time to pick up. Don't forget your veteran discount.

I had the most pleasant experience at this location. Rhonda Shelly Naomi literally made my what normally would be a stressful experience absolutely awesome. My mother had one last wish which was to decorate for Christmas. These ladies went above and beyond to make that happen. All she did was say what she needed and everything was taken care of. I will be forever grateful. Amazing customer service I will never shop anywhere else,

David Maines is the best! My husband and I went to pick out trees and plants this morning at our local Home Depot. David took his time with us to pick out the trees and helped us load it all up. 5 trees and several other plants in all. He represents Home Depot well. THANK YOU DAVID!!

Be very careful with using home depot cards or what the associates tell you. I was told I could use my home depot card to purchase a fridge with 18 months 0% financing by a associate and customer service who had to process the purchase. Couple months later I realize I'm pay almost 30% interest. When I talked with the store and home depot credit card I'm told my type of card doesn't support the 0% financing promotion. Which type of card i have is consumer card so i dont understand but No one told me and I had plans to pay cash for fridge. Now I have several hundred in interest for something I had plan to buy with cash. The store associares, management, corporate, or credit card company genesis are willing to right their wrong of false advertisement and information.

Always good here compared to others in the area. Always have more variety in stock. Associates are much more friendly. Had many problems in North Port store in the past. Still go there because it's close. Seems to have improved. Maybe they got new managers.
