Peace River Veterinary Clinic

I adopted a beautiful loving kitten from the Animal Welfare League and from a list in my adoption packet, I decided to follow up with her care at the Peace River Vet Clinic. Everyone was kind, caring and wonderful. I feel quite confident about taking this new vets office for my precious little angel!

We have known Dr. Mark DeGrove for years. He and his staff are very accommodating when we need our doggy "Cruise" for checkups or emergency. We highly recommend.

They were so reasonable with their prices, so attentive and they were very loving towards our dogs! They went out of their way to help us with all our needs! They're the best and we travel all over the country, definitely our first choice.

I'll never use another vet. Doc Leslie and Doc Mark are the best, they care for my pet as much as I do. Very supportive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Peace Ruver Veterinary Clinic. Techs and office staff are great to!

We love these Veterinarians and their staff. They love animals and it shows greatly in their interactions with your pet and you. Can't say enough good things so I'll leave it at that. Highly recommend!

Incredibly thorough/honest/caring staff and Doctors. I only wish that I had found them sooner, but I assure you OUR furry kids will never go to any other establishment again, as long as your establishment is in practice! Without a doubt 5 stars!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Peace River is the best veterinarian in Charlotte county they take very good care of my dog, the technician Yvette is the best she make sure my dog is healthy and tells me everything that needs to be done she is the best and the doctors are very caring and the best thank you guys for taking care of my dog Higgins if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't know what to do, my dog is very healthy and it's all because of Peace River

My baby Max was sick and losing weight, so we took him in and discovered his liver was not functioning. We had to put him down. It was a very upsetting moment but they gave us time with him and took great care of him and we had him cremated. Max came back in a beautiful wood box and a card was sent and signed by everyone. Thank you to Peace River for their care and respect for animals!

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. They always try and get me in if needed. They send out reminders every year too.

We had to take our dog and because he wasn't feeling well. They didn't have room for us but they made room to fit us in. The Vet was very patient answered all my questions gave us some prescription dog food and probiotics and antibiotics. We were happy, my dog was feeling better so... he was happy too😊

Took my dag there to get her teeth cleaned and her toenails done. They did a great job on the teeth, but the toenails were horrible. They didn't get them anywhere near the black vine center. My dog has black nails so they only way to judge the length without hitting the quik is by the underneath color of the toenails. If the nail tip is completely white you keep going until you see a small black circle in the middle of the tip, then you stop. I had to take her somewhere else the very next day to have them done again. So after paying $275 for teeth cleaning and I think it was $8 per paw for the toenails, I had to fork out another $30 the next day to someone else.

**review update** My mother uses this vet for her breeding business. She needed help one day taking her 5 puppies up there. I must say there were thorough, fast and very good. I am changing my score from 3 star to 4 star.

After using Peace River vet for the past 7 years with multiple pets I think we can give an honest true opinion because we have experienced everything from puppy first visits to elderly dog euthanasia. They have provided nothing less than the best. They are all so kind especially during those toughest moments. Highly recommend!!
