Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Layton

Recently stayed here while attending a conference at the Davis Conference Center. I LOVED that the hotel was attached. Relaxing in my room during conference breaks was priceless. The hotel staff was incredible from check in to the time i checked out. This will be my forever conference hotel.

We were there for our annual work conference. Staff was amazing, smooth check in, room was great and the bar was awesome. Definitely a great hotel and an even better staff!

From the moment I checked in I was treated special! Lovely hotel, rooms, snacks, and a great burger!!
Llynn at the front desk went far above and beyond making sure my stay was perfect! She always used my name…wow!
Hailie helped me make the perfect “medicine ball” herbal tea. What an amazing team they have there. I look forward to a return trip!

Everything is always prepared so nicely when I arrive. The front desk staff is professional and polite. The maid service is excellent. Breakfast is worth the price, too.

We came here for a conference my husband had for work. The room was nice and roomy, very clean. The staff was all very friendly. There were plenty of food options right there in walking distance. Very close to a lot of shopping as well.

Great location. Was a great experience with my girlfriend for Salt Con. The connection to the convention center makes it super convenient.

From your attention and clean rooms and a well-kept hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The check-in woman was amazing, I arrived after 6 pm. She was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The only issue I had was that I picked a room on the first floor. I will never do that again. The room above me sounded like a herd of elephants checked in. The ceiling could use some soundproofing.

Very nice and very affordable. The staff and management here are truly outstanding. They have really gone the extra mile to accommodate my needs. This hotel is CLEAN- everywhere. The restaurant’s [currently] limited menu is reasonably priced, and still full of good stuff, with something for everybody. All rooms have got at least 9’ ceilings, so it doesn’t feel like your usual claustrophobic hotel room. There is however only one central bank of elevators so, if it’s uncomfortable for you to walk long distances, you should request something close to the elevators.

Attached to Davis Convention Center. Rooms are nice. New pillows needed the current ones are flat and uncomfortable. Close to many restaurants and the mall. Clean

My husband and I was walking by the front desk with our hands full.
Mo first greeted us with a smile and looked so professional in his suit.
Mo, came out from behind the desk. He said “ let me help you “he carried things to our room. The room key was not working he told us to wait and he would take care of it.
He came back quickly with new room keys.
Told us to enjoy our stay if we needed anything to let them know.
We stayed 3 nights for training for business.
When you have an individual that goes above guest service with a positive and professional attitude with appearance is OUTSTANDING!!!

The rooms are nice, but mine needed some maintenance. The tub did not drain, the toilet ran and the telephone did not work. I did not put in a work order while I was there, but let them know for the next person. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I told them earlier. They sell delicious Handmade Chocolates! Location is perfect for accessing stores, restaurants and near the Air Force Base.

Beautiful area with alot of entertainment all around. Came out for a company Christmas party with HHI. Absolutely a festive feeling to it since it started snowing after we arrived.

I am incredibly impressed and thankful for JC!!! My kids and I stayed 1 night, while visiting family back in July, and of course the usual happened… one of my kiddos forgot their bag since they had decided to stuff everything in their brother’s bag upon departure. Luckily when I called the night of the 4th they still had the bag, but when I asked if they can ship left belongings I was told, “unfortunately, no.” No biggie I thought and told the employee I would pick it up next time I was in town, a couple months down the road. Fast forward to this evening when I called and spoke to JC. I informed her of the situation, and at first she could not find the bag and when I asked the amount of time they will hold a bag that gets left, she proceeded to tell me 1-3 months… At that point I got a little frustrated and when I, coldly, asked, “So you don’t ship left items, and you only keep them for 1-3 months?” She kindly informed me that they do actually ship left items and I was told incorrectly and she was terribly sorry and she would have her manager contact me and make sure the situation would be handled correctly. JC WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, KIND, UNDERSTANDING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, because literally not even 3 minutes had we hung up she called me back to inform me that the bag was there! THANK YOU JC FOR ALL YOUR HELP, REMAINING SO PROFESSIONAL AND CONSIDERATE EVEN WHEN I GOT UPSET, SAVING ME $200, AN 8 YEAR OLD’S DEVASTATION ABD TRULY GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND! I greatly appreciate you!

We had a great experience! The staff were friendly (really only talked via texting), they went above and beyond in cleaning which made us feel comfortable, the pool was well maintained which we loved and the bathroom was glorious - the size, jacuzzi, walk in shower! The only things that weren't as good - bed was hard, we were not able to turn on the fan in the bedroom, had to be either heat or ac, and the living room did not have a light curtain so people can't see into your room. But overall we loved it!

Absolutely the best hotel I've stayed in. Staff was super friendly. I was there for an extended stay and felt like I never left home. Very clean, exceptional service, with all the amenities I could ever want or need. A big plus was the bar in-house with a fantastic bartender. Her name is Morgan, so if you're in the area, make sure to stop in and try out the passion fruit mule...you won't be disappointed!!

Our room was set up so very cute for us, giving us personal honey moon attention, & the price was great for our stay, very friendly & excited to have us! Thank you bless you all for nice comfortable stay!

I loved staying in this hotel. Very good location, everything I needed was either a short walk or drive from it. Room and services were good as expected. I will be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is paradise! There is so many good things I could tell you about but seriously just book a room and be amazed!

The staff...Heavenly! They are so easy to work with, they are exquisite with their services and easy to talk to and get checked in. They actually smile and care about you as a person and treat you like precious diamonds. Any problems or needs the staff (Especially Nela, Daniella, Isabella, Megan) are very efficient/quick to respond.
The rooms are wonderful. Bed is comfy, 2 different types of pillows (firm or soft, total of 2 each on the beds), wall thermostat that goes to 61° cold and can be warmed quickly for when you get out of the large shower (they have a towel rack INSIDE the back of the shower which is super convenient to dry off) and the Nutrigena toiletries are a dream to use. Ahhhhh such bliss.

They have all you can eat breakfast that is REAL FOOD not the add water kinda eggs. The places to sit and eat are beautifully esthetic and comfortable. Fabulous dinner at night or can go to the lounge for yummy drinks.

Have more to say but just book that room here and find out for yourself. You will want to stay longer than planned because it is so nice!

Our favorite so far out of the Hilton line. 🥰
