Had lunch here. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The service was wonderful.
Highly recommend the miso soup, it’s a cut above the rest & super flavorful. Tastes homemade. I also enjoyed the sushi and roll lunch combo (see photo) All of that delicious fresh sushi, dumplings & soup for $15. My friend had lunch portion of chicken teriyaki, it was also a large portion. I also really enjoyed the coconut water. Highly recommend!

After the original owner retired a year ago, it was such a pleasure to see that Amimoto’s has returned under new ownership. The menu is now a combination of the original Amimoto’s menu and new Thai inspired dishes. The sushi was excellent, and we really enjoyed some of the new menu items, especially the fried rice. We look forward to coming back to try more of the menu.

All of their sushi is really good and fresh. I have also tried their teriyaki chicken and fried rice, they are good as well. Definitely stop by here if you’re in town.

A 100% improvement over the old Amimoto. This restaurant has kind, friendly employees that are happy to see you, great food and decent prices. We are so happy that Amimoto is there - super convenient for us!

The food in this restaurant is outstanding!!! Highly recommend the Tuna Salsa appetizer and any of the rolls. My husband and I keep coming here for their great table service and outstanding food taste and quality.

This is hands down best sushi in town! The amimoto roll and tuna cracker appetizer are so good. If you are thinking about trying this place do yourself the favor and try it. You won't be disappointed. I wish more people knew about this place as I don't want them going anywhere.

Excellent sushi. Some of the best I’ve had in Florida. My default is a spicy tuna roll for any new sushi place I try. This one is my all time favorite.

Visited this place for the first time and calling it a hidden gem is an understatement. The restaurant was small and quiet which adds to the ambience that I think a restaurant like this really benefits from. The food was delicious and even though they were out of the wine we wanted to get, what we did get was also very good. Definitely recommend and would certainly come back again.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal of sashimi and sake. Annie, the owner was very friendly and greeted us with a big smile. Later in our meal, she suggested the Bronzino, which was prepared, wonderfully and very fresh. Overall, this restaurant was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it.

This was the most amazing, delicious Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. When you first pull up, you don't expect much. It is in a plaza off in a cut. But when you walk in it is traditional Japanese. The sushi chef is an older Japanese gentleman and his wife I'm assuming, seated us and brought out hot rolled washcloths, which are traditional in Japan. The server was so attentive. We ordered a volcano roll, pork gyoza, and the beef filet mignon entrée, which included miso soup and ginger salad. First he brought out the gyoza, as soon as we were done, he took the plate and shortly after, he brought out the soup then volcano roll. As soon as we were finished, he took the bowls and plates and brought our salads. As soon as we were done with those, the little older Japanese lady took those bowls and not long after dinner came. There was a smooth transition from one dish to the next and no long wait. The beef entrée was so delicious. It was so juicy and tender. I've never tasted anything so delicious. We were the only ones there on a Saturday night which I couldn't understand. This place was amazing, it should have been packed. I would definitely give this place 5+ stars and definitely will go back.

I love amimoto! I wish it hadnt taken me so long to try it. Such a cute small restaurant with extremely hospitable staff. Everything we ate was delicious. Takoyaki was great so was the spicy tuna roll and Pork Katsu Curry. Only place around that has Japanese curry. I will definitely be going back.
