Mimi, who works in the restaurant of the Sheraton is AMAZING! We were here for a dance competition and she helped put my daughter at ease with her dance fears. Mimi offered to show off her dance moves too! Mimi is an asset to the Sheraton and she made us feel like family! Thank you Mimi!!! ❤

I always enjoy my stay at the Sheraton Waterside Hotel in Norfolk, VA. The staff from valet, the front desk, breakfast staff, and entire staff displays excellent customer service and experience is always Top-Tier! I especially would like to acknowledge King at the front desk for always being patient and kind, also I would like to recognize Me Me in the breakfast area for her kindness and always willing to assist to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You all ROCK!!

Also, special shout out to the General Manager for ensuring customers are enjoying their stay. Your leadership shows Sir. Salute!!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary here. Check in was quick and the room was nice. Ms MIMI took amazing care of us. We had delicious chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we arrived. We also had a breakfast experience that was delicious and hot and served with care. Thanks again to Ms. Mimi and all the staff it was a pleasure.

The Waterside Sheraton is a great place to stay. The location is conveniently located near the water with easy access to the center of town. I particularily enjoyed my meals there. I would like to express my appreciation to Mimi and Ava for the excellent dining experiences. They took such great care of us each day and were so kind and helpful. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a great stay with good value and a friendly environment.

We had a great stay. Everyone was very friendly and our room was nice. As we were having breakfast before heading home we were greeted by Mimi which was very nice and professional! She was amazing! Thank you to her for all the recommendations!

I checked in at 1am. March 1st, my room was clean, but I did not receive face cloths, 1 hand towel, and 2 bath towels. I called the next day requesting face cloths, no one showed over an hour wait, called again, promised to bring me some, no one showed again..I ended up looking for a maid to get one. So then, I went for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Yes, it was 930pm, and I asked if they were still open and was informed yes. The waitress asked me what I would like to drink, I asked for water and a glass of cabernet, she would be back with the menu. She arrived with my water, no wine as well as no menu. Asked what I would like to eat, no menu.. she came back with a menu, no wine. Took my order, no wine.. I had to go find her to get my wine. I would have understood if busy, but there were 2 other tables total.. And the gentleman at the other table ordered a beer and got it before my wine arrived.. Got my wine and food. She never came back to check on me, accept to hand me my bill. I was very disappointed in the service. She did keep apologizing, but it was just too many times and mistakes.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. The waitress Mimi in particular always brought us coffee quickly and took care of everything. Thank you very much Mimi!!!

The rooms are nice and clean, but it’s the staff that makes the stay great. Particularly the staff that was working breakfast this morning. What a great friendly group of ladies. We were immediately greeted by Mimi. She was very friendly and helpful. Mimi, Sandra, Rene and Amanda made sure we were taken care of with warm friendly service. I will definitely be back and tell everyone about their superb customer service.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I had a portside view, which was amazing. The front desk and restaurant staff was kind and helpful. Mimi and Eva at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile.

We stayed here on New Years weekend to enjoy Winterfest.
We had a great expereince. The hotel staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the location was perfect. The front desk staff extended our checkout to allow extra time for breakfast and the valet gave great recommendations for dinner. Mimi, Rena, Sandra, & John in the restaurant were extremely helpful and made our dining experience at breakfast very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

OMG!! Breakfast is my most important meal of the day. Mimi and Eva added so much more to that. Their positive energy, service and commitment to making sure I had a wonderful experience exceeding my expectations. I encourage everyone to have breakfast hear and ask for Mimi and Eva. They will make your day. The breakfast was perfect and sitting next to the window looking out at the ships just added even more. It was a great start to my day. Thank you both. 🙏🏾

The location is great. There are many things to do nearby. Eva was our server for breakfast. She was very nice and attentive. Mimi came to check on us and was very nice and appreciative of us staying at the property. Rena came around and spoke to multiple tables. Mimi and Rena both made jokes and were very personable it felt like I was with family.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I was very impressed with the valet service, especially Greg. He is very personable and an extremely hard worker! All around, the hotel rocks! I have been staying here often due to work travels and would recommend The Sheraton to anyone.

I was there for the GMWA Board Meeting/Musical 2024!!!! I had to sing with the Tidewater, Virginia Chapter Choir and we rocked!!! ❤❤❤🙏🏾 The Sheraton is a great luxurious hotel and it was a great choice to host such a prestigious event ‼

By far the best hotel breakfast staff I have ever come across. The greeting from Ms. Mimi, Rena, Sandra, greeted my family with a smile made a huge difference. The food was fresh and hot. Customer service at its best. Thank you all for the welcome 🌹🌹

Always love staying here in my trips. Stay in alot of hotels as I work for AA as a flight attendant. The staff is always awesome. This last trip on Jan 9th I had a request of the front desk. Rico was very professional, quick to help me solve my issue. Thank you again Sheraton for a great stay

I was very impressed with the way the hotel handled and did their best to overcome/accommodate a city infrastructure issue that was NOT OF THEIR DOING!!!

The staff was helpful and truly did their best in the face(s) of a LOT of agitation and expectations.

In particular I must single out Gregory (Front Desk and wearing a Training ribbon.) - Not a blink and stayed supremely professional. Nice work, man. Nice work.

Mime very very very very wonderful lady. Super friendly, great personality, always proactive and not reactive when it comes to customer service. Eggs were splendid, toast was perfect, and potatoes perfect golden brown. COME TO THE BONVOY AND ASK FOR MIME!!!!!!
