Came in today to get new phone for wife and I. After the experience with the salesman I had today, would give more stars. Honesty and doing his best to get us a fair price. Walked out with a cheaper phone plan hassle free. Did not catch his name.
Never had this experience with salesman or phone companie(s) in the past.

Ben at the Verizon store in Hales Corners was so very helpful with the issues we had with our phones. Very happy with his professional guidance with our phone He went out of his way to help two seniors that don’t know what they are doing. So very appreciative!!!

Had excellent service from Todd today! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and efficient as I got set up with a new phone. He also had several great suggestions for the other potential upgrades on our plan. I will definitely be coming back to this location to work with him on future phone needs!

Travis was amazing. He was so patient with us. He was competent, friendly, and so helpful. We spent quite a bit of time with him. He was a joy to work with. We would come back to see him if we would have a need for a new phone in the future.

Worked with Damian Nickel and he was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable and helped me understand all the specifics to the account pricing and my new phone. Highly recommend!!

I loved this Verizon store! We got what we wanted and it was relatively fast. Dan O was a fantastic sales man and he defiantly deserves a raise! We got our phones and he made sure everything was set and perfect before we left. This place defiantly deserves 5 stars:)

I recently needed to use the warranty replacement on my device because my facial recognition had quit working and couldn’t be reset or fixed, even with the help of your associates. They were swift in knowing it needed replacing and getting it ordered and having me out the door and on with my day. After my new device arrived I took it back into the store for help setting it up and making sure that everything from my could storage had backed up properly and my new device matched my old before I did a factory reset. I’m not tech savvy at all & your team was super helpful at making sure everything was set up and I was good to go, as I was very nervous about loosing some messages and images on my device. I’m thankful for their help!

Worked with Todd one of the managers there. Went out of his way to help me with a phone turn in and get a discount. Great guy and made buying the phone painless. Phone broke 30 minutes before closing and he couldn't of been nicer despite staying after his shift ended. Best cell phone store experience i ever had

Rebecca went out of her way to come in an hour early before the store opened to help us set up new phones! She was extremely friendly and amazing! She helped set everything up on the new phones and changed our plan for us! I highly recommend making an appointment/or seeing her in Hales Corners on Saturdays!

Dani helped fix a port in issue that another store screwed up. Our first few days on Verizon started off stressful, but now we are happy. She was very professional and empathetic. This will be our go to store from now on.

Jon-Mark did an awesome job explaining all of my phone options and money saving offers. Shane was also very friendly and helpful. Both are very informative and I highly recommend that you come and see them for any of your cellular or Verizon needs. You can even get a free iPhone when u add a new line!

Walked in to make a payment, walked out with an upgrade. Received a promotion of a tab A. Dan O from Hales corners helped set up my new phone 11 and Tab A. He helped explain everything in detail and made me understand how to work both my new toys work. My experience with Verizon has always been Excellent.( for the last 15 so years)

Very thorough, helpful, unrushed service; answered all my questions in understandable way. Rep went the extra mile to make sure she accomplished everything needed and encouraged me to call her the next day if helpful. Store was spacious with plenty of "social distancing" in place. Best on site wireless service I've ever received.

The sales associates were very helpful in completing our transaction. We were switching two lines from another carrier, adding a line, and getting new devices. It was a lengthy process but the associates were super helpful the whole way through!

Nathon was great today 12/6/20. Simple visit but as always he was very helpful. He helped me greatly on August 30,2020 when I switched providers and helped me save from the nightmare of Sprint. He’s really genuine and really knows the Verizon product. He doesn’t try to sell the product but gives knowledge of what he knows and what he’s learned within Verizon. Also given feedback on other previous providers he worked with and always comes back to Verizon. He has help me put me at ease in regards to my phone and coverage and reception. I am very grateful to have met him and that he continues to provide the support to other people. Thank you again Nathon.

I went here tonight to get a SIM card for a wireless router. Maria helped me. She was awesome. She couldn't activate it to our corporate account but made sure I had the card. She made sure I knew what to do tomorrow and sent me on my way. All this took just a few minutes. Great job, Maria!

I am super excited to have gone into the store and had the opportunity to meet some amazing reps. This store is definitely a go to as they value and care about the customers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jake for showing you care by helping me resolve all my issues in a one stop shop.

I worked with Todd the manager. This is someone who clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have never had a more enjoyable and straight-forward experience. If you have had negative experiences with phones in the past, ask for Todd and look no further.

First time visit to this store. I need a screen protector for my phone. Louis assisted me and my phone looks great. I had several additional questions and he was very helpful.
I love the location of this newer store and the staff is awesome.
