Jarod consistently gives me the best “ 0 fade” haircut and beard trim at a competitive price. These guys are masters at their craft and I’d recommend them to anyone.

This father and son owned barber shop is great! They were able to squeeze me in for a holiday trim and I was very pleased with the cut.

Jared and Jay are the best around! Friendly, reasonable pricing, and a nice environment.

Best barber shop I’ve ever been to. I moved to the area several months back and I have just been going to a chain hair place. I recently drove by this place and just seeing the name I knew I had to give it a try. I looked them up online and saw that they were a local establishment and I love to support local. I called and made an appointment with Jarod. He did a great job cutting my hair just how I wanted it. I will definitely be a regular.

Brass monkey has been my go-to since they opened two years ago. The guys are always friendly and professional. Jarod is an excellent barber and always does a great job on my hair.

Always enjoy visiting with The Murphys. Both will keep you entertained while you get your cut if you enjoy a conversation with your cut. I like to keep them guessing and swap appointments between these two gentlemen from time to time. Both do a great job for me.

My first time there and my Barber's first time at a flat-top. I've had a few people here in NWA cut my hair and he did a great job for his first shot at it. It wasn't completely "flat" but my wife said it looked better the way he had done it than the Flat-tops I've gotten in the 25 years in the military and beyond. I'll be going back for sure

Took my son here, we just moved from Texas and we had taken him for a haircut before but everyone seems to have trouble with his double crown. Jay had no trouble and made my son look great on his birthday. I didn't realize they only took cash so when it came time to pay, Jay assured me it was fine to bring the money when ever I had time and not to worry. Both Jay and Jared were so friendly and it's just warmed my heart to be in there, we will definately be returning and I highly recommend their services. Kudos guys, keep up the good work and thank you for being amazing.

I cannot say enough great things about this barbershop. I used to have a monthly membership with a place for gents in Bentonville, but I cancelled it after months of bad haircuts and worse beard trims. It has been over a month since my last haircut and beard trim, so I was in pretty rough shape. I booked a haircut and beard trim with Jarod at the last minute hoping he could get me back in shape until I decided where I would end up going long-term. Well, I found my long-term barber. Jarod took his time and asked questions to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted. He even pointed out where things were done differently with my hair than he would recommend, and his changes ended up being much better than what I had received in the past. At the end of the day, though, my haircut was actually the least of my concern. While I value a good haircut, I can always wear a hat if things go south. My biggest concern was my terrible beard. I can grow a passable beard, but it isn't great. Jarod was able to do more to make my beard look good than anyone has ever done in the past. He took his time and asked questions as he worked through the mess that was my beard. I was incredibly happy with the end result, and it even received approval from the boss (my wife).

New in town and found this place.

Id bet money that this is the best barber shop and barbers in the nation. I've traveled a lot and nobody compares to the cuts and beard trim I get from Jarod.

Absolutely the best experience I've had in a long time with getting a haircut. Super clean and professionals next time im ever in Arkansas I'll be back for another haircut.

Moved to the NWA area a few years ago and tried a few barber shops. Found Charlie and Jay shortly afterwards. Jay's been cutting my hair ever since. Friendly service and excellent cuts. True small town feeling.

Finally found a barber shop that my son approves of. It's a plus that it's less than 10 mins away from my house. Clean place, friendly faces and great service 👌

This barbershop is setup very nicely! Charlie, Jay and Jarod are always so welcoming. It's very easy to see when appointments are available through the Booksy app.

03-03-21 = Great staff! I've know Jay since he moved to NWA in the 90's. You couldn't pick a better "Barber Shop" in our area for knowledge, Pride, or Service.

I knew there was something different when I walked in the door last week with my grandsons to get there hair cut the atmosphere was so laid back and the place was clean and the guys were all gentlemen and there was no smell of cigarettes or cigars either and no cursing and all together I know why because you see the 2 guys that were there that day working were a FATHER AND HIS SON and this grandmother will be glad to take her grandson back to the Brass Monkey Barbershop anytime they need a haircut.
