Ashley Store

Kristen was very easy to work with. She had great suggestions and made our purchase an easy one. When our sofa and love seat were delivered the love seat was broken. Our delivery people were so nice and made it very easy to get this resolved. The only problem I had was with the customer service rep helping us with the broken love seat issue. She was very hard to understand. We received an email the next day about getting the new piece! So easy. 😊

This was my first time visiting Ashley and I was very impressed from the moment walking in. Greeted by Lorenza J and was welcomed in a friendly and approachable way that made it chill to look around. Helpful but not pushy at all. Prices were more reasonable than I thought too. Had no intention of shopping that day but with the prices, quality of furniture, and friendliness of Lorenza we decided to buy a couch and a chair. Already had the chair delivered and that was equally nice. Will definitely be going back and seeing what we need next.

Colton Pettway was very helpful and educated on mattresses. He really helped me to get exactly what I wanted. He was patient while I changed my mind several times. I will be back and get the rest of the pieces to the bedroom. 👍🏼😊🛌 Thanks again.

My recent experience at Ashley Furniture in Pinellas Park, FL was just perfect! I was greeted at the door yet allowed to wander the store alone. Julissa Rosa came over to answer questions and she was very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming! Her customer service skills were amazing! I wanted to think about making this purchase and went back the next day to complete the purchase of this sofa. Julissa took great care of me and I can’t say enough positive things about her or my experience! I look forward to getting my new sofa next week!

This is a great store, staff are always available when you walk in. They actually listen to what you want and then if item is in stock then they will show you the item. The Pineallis store is a very nice experience minus the fact that it's very hit and miss on items. Just be prepared for that.

We really had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Julissa helped us tremendously finding the perfect sectional couch and coffee table. She was very attentive to our needs/wants and was very knowledgeable of the products. We appreciated her friendly and patient demeanor. It was a wonderful experience, thanks to Julissa!

Stopping by Ashley Furniture I didn’t know what to expect, I was looking to buy a new bed. Luckily I met Kristin and it was smooth sailing from there.
She lead me through what I would call a bed testing session which was very helpful.
Once I chose the bed I liked the rest was easy, delivery went as scheduled and basically not even one hiccup.
So…. Thanks Kristin for all your help.

Jon Cornell our Sales Advisor was EXCELLENT! My sister and I went to Ashley in Pinellas Park, FL to look for furniture for my mom, who was moving into an Asst Living Facility. We needed a power recliner, but we left there finding EVERYTHING we needed and more. (A desk w/2 swivel chairs, entertainment center w/shelving, & end table). He was so knowledgeable about all items. Spent time helping us, even pulling up items on his iPad that were not in the store. We also needed the items in stock and ready to be delivered in a few days-He made that happen too! We left so relieved, satisfied, & excited for my mom and how nice her new place was going to look. Anybody going through the process of transferring a parent to a new place & next phase of life, will know how comforting this is. And Jon Cornell made it happen!

The store had a great selection of furniture and Colton was great. He introduced himself, asked us what we were looking for, and gave us time to look around but he still came back to check on us. We found what we wanted and he helped bundle a mattress together at a great price. Looking forward to our delivery date!

We just purchased a living room sectional and a bunch of bar stools. We had the best experience with Heather. She was polite, professional, super knowledgeable, and patient.

Naomi was super helpful in assisting us with our purchase! My boyfriend and I bought our first house and were in need of brand new furniture. I’ve been going to Ashley for years to shop for all of the staple furniture! You can’t go wrong! The prices are really reasonable. The sales people are helpful, patient and kind (Thank you to Jon). And, the process is seamless. *Shopping tip: they sell the BEST mattresses! They are the most comfortable and they last!

My Experience at Ashley Furniture purchasing a bedroom set was excellent thanks to Ricardo. He was professional, personal, and patient as we came to our decision, never pushy or overbearing. We went to 3 furniture stores prior and had the opposite experience. Not only did we love the pieces offered at the store but the experience as a whole clearly felt different and helped us to make a decision we are happy and excited about. Thank you Ricardo! My sales girl, Kristen, was the best…she greeted me at the door I told her what I was looking for but told her I just wanted to walk through first…upon leaving she asked if I saw 2 sofa sets she thought would suit me and took me to them and I returned in an hour and bought the 4 piece set. She was professional, courteous, even a bit humorous and made my buying experience very easy. Thank you Kristen.

Kristin was amazing, she introduced herself and offered her assistance then gave us space to shop. When we found what we wanted she put in the order for us and then took the time to pair us to an amazing bed that we will be purchasing in the future, she's a sleep expert and we definitely recommend going to see her!

Love this store. Just bought a couch and love seat set. Jon our salesperson was friendly and informative about what we were looking for. He gave us the space to explore without hovering over our every move. When we were ready, he helped us find the perfect end tables to go with our set and got everything ordered before we left. Answered all questions and I would recommend Jon to help with all your furniture needs!

Robert the store manager and John the salesperson went way out of their way to solve my problem with a very expensive Temperpedic mattress I had purchased. It was not their fault but they both went way above the call of duty to resolve my problem. It was a pleasure to deal with both of these employees who really cared enough about me as a customer to get my problem resolved almost immediately. Do not hesitate to buy anything from John at Ashley Furniture. The manager who obviously had to be involved was awesome too.
