There was a short line when we arrived. It got longer after we got our ribs. We bought a slab to go for $25. The ribs tasted great as everyone stated. You should definitely give them a try if you are in the area

Randy is some kind of evil genius! What he does to the BBQ to make it taste so good I can’t even imagine. I don’t like mustard but somehow he makes the Carolina sauce so scrumptious that I have lick it off the to go container. It’s a bit out of the way and you may have to wait, but trust me, it’s worth it!

It’s off the beaten path and no frills about it (there are no sides sold), but it will be some of the best BBQ you’ve ever had. Oh those ribs! We got there early, jumped in line and ordered like we knew what we were doing. (Reminiscent of Pat’s in Philly or Katz’s in NYC you’ll quickly see who the locals are that know how to order 😂). The ribs alone (“sauce on the side” we found out is preferred) were so flavorful. We got a full rack and ate almost every one. Wish this place was closer to home.

We didn't plan on eating at Randy's, but we were driving by and saw the line of people standing outside, and thought, "that must be the best BBQ in Savannah!" It was definitely worth the wait. Nothing but ribs and chicken drumsticks on the menu, but it was delicious, and I love to support local businesses.

I was vacationing in Savannah. Best meal in Savannah hands down. Ribs were great. Sauce was excellent. Get here early at 10:30 and you won't be disappointed.

Here from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Saw a line up and thought, perfect place! Got in line 1st try and they ran out. Employees in line warned us we might not make it but were so pleasant and friendly! Came back next day, got 5 piece chicken thinking just 5 chicken legs?? and medium ribs. Well, plenty of meat for 2 meals at $15! Sauce was awesome and meat lightly smoked, tender. LOVED IT!

Best damn barbecue I’ve ever had in my life. Tender and cooked to perfection. The yellow barbecue sauce was the first time that I’ve ever had it and it was absolutely delicious. The rib joint was a little hole in the wall but the people are friendly with great conversation

This is some delish, affordable bbq! I’d recommend getting here early or for when it opens (we got here at 10 AM and it opens at 10:30 AM) because there will be a line from the beginning. You can see where they prepare the meat, which is so awesome! Definitely recommend the 5 piece chicken—it’s delicious, tender and moist. The bbq sauce is so tasty too!

I’ve had a lot of bbq in my life and these by far was the best ribs I ever had in my life! The line was super long but it was worth the wait!!! No sides comes with bread. And that sauce is soooooooo sooooooo good! Meat was tender, if ur ever in the area and catch him open…trust me when I say stop and try!!!!! I hope to catch him again when I come back to Savannah!!! This is the $5 rib plate.

I ordered the 5 piece chicken for $5 and Deviled Crab for $3. For $8 I easily got 2 meals for myself and it was so delicious. It’s no wonder why the deviled crabs run out so fast, they are amazing.
Like others have said the line is a bit slow, but for CHEAP and delicious bbq, I’ll take it. Also, they do advertise that they can take card, but it seems like their card machine is down a lot, so always bring cash just in case. Also, parking can be tight unless you get there before they open, but I was told people just park at DCF across the street if it’s packed.
The entire staff was super friendly, and I hope for nothing but the best for all of them.

Listen everyone if you haven't been there to get the best barbeque ribs ever I tell you something you need to stop by and try it because it is magically delicious 😋😋😋😋🤤

I'm from East Savannah and I have been eating here at Randy's since I was 7 years old. I'm 31 and the food is still good till this day! ❤

Do yourself a favor just buy the slab.. food was amazing ribs were tender and the sauce gave me a sweet like honey mustard taste. Cheap also 20$

Really good ribs. They are priced great at $20 a slab. If you're hungry for bbq, you won't go wrong stopping here.

Never had Sauce like that, omg good. The Ribs are a must have on your Savannah bucket list.

I'm a Savannah native and I drove 5 hours just too have this amazing food. The team is friendly and definitely make you feel welcome everytime I visit. Definitely the best BBQ in Georgia hands down.

Dont let the line fool you. You want spend more then 5 mins before getting your mouth on some delicious BBQ. And Mr.Randy is always friendly.

Best ribs ever! Run, don't walk to this place. Get the ribs, some extra Carolina mustard sauce, and dig in. Plate is always devoured and belly always full and satisfied with their food. Delicious! Been here in Sav for 18 yrs and Randy's is always the first place I mention for best BBQ.
