Now that Steve is there it's a great place to go to for information and quality service. I called with a question I thought was stupid and he immediately said bring it by and I can take a look at it. Ordered the necessary part and also serviced my Fuel. It was in and out the next day. Thanks Steve 😎

I came to this facility about a week ago. I had a bike that I had purchased from Walmart a year ago and I was trying to start working out with that. Towing my daughter and a toddler trailer behind me. It was a murder. I felt like there’s something wrong with my bike, so I brought my bike here to see if it was even worth fixing. They said they could fix it no problem but there may not be much of a difference so I just decided to upgrade my bike all together to a trek verve, two or 3 . I think it was. It was a surprisingly not difficult experience even though I had my two year old daughter, and with me a gentleman that was helping me it was quite helpful and patient he was super kind. I swear we were there for quite a while. I ended up also getting a helmet for myself and my daughter, he also inflated my tires on my bike trailer and I have my daughter in he also put on my equipment like my cell phone holder from my other bike on the new bike and also fix the reflector on the back of my daughters trailer which of course he didn’t need to do. That was nice of him. The whole experience was great. I test drove the bicycle in the back of the store without my daughter’s trailer on it noticed a difference right way. I was still having some pain in certain areas and they did some more adjustments and then I added my trailer on the back of that bike to see the complete difference it would be and it was like day and night it was like driving a Ferrari versus a Kia, ha ha I swear no joke I would definitely recommend this week. I am able to work out I used to be able to only go barely 4 miles and I’m able to go 10 or more miles now without starting to feel any pain I’m a beginner but it makes you just want to enjoy and ride a bike now that you’re not suffering riding it thanks to the store for their patience with my daughter and also myself and picking out a bike would highly recommend. Called them on Saturday needing a bike tune up, a new rear cassette and chain installed, along with a new seat, a new computer and finally a mirror. They got right on it and completed everything y Sunday afternoon. The staff was very professional, accommodating, and understanding. They did not over promise but delivered in the timeframe they thought. Very pleased with every aspect of my experience.

Great team of employees that are knowledgeable and friendly. Came in for the free one year bike tune up which is a great perk. Will definitely make my next purchase from this location.

Great service. Gary handled a warranty issue, kept me posted on progress, and only had the bike 1 day to install new shifter, cable, hood and fix issue with rear cassette and freewheel.
Had Neil rebuild a bike for me. Came out very nicely. Rides like a dream.

Quality is fine, a little too costly for a common peasant. I'm guessing the company endorses more sophisticated owners.I have not had to utilize the service . only sales. The jury is still in recess. Bill answered all my questions and no other pressure sales tactics were employed. Great purchasing experience.

I'm 70 years old, don't have a car, and use my bike for everything; groceries, appointments, everything. Two days ago my pedals hub literally broke into pieces (the ball-bearings). I walked 2.7 miles to the Trek Bicycle Store of Port Charlotte in 90-degree weather. The Trek Store Manager, Steven, was able, willing and kind to repair the pedal hub immediately. This Trek Bike Store really cares about their customers. And this wasn't the first time I've received outstanding customer service (Chris previously) from the Trek Bicycle Store of Port Charlotte. Purchased my first bike after many years. Bill was fantastic to deal with and took the time to really listen to my needs and recommend a few bikes for me to try at the store. He was extremely knowledgeable and I was able to take the bike out for a quick test ride behind the store to make sure I had the right comfort and fit. Will be back soon to get a bike trailer attachment for our dog 🐕

I love this shop. The staff is so helpful . I have been to this shop twice and both times I was impressed with the service, friendliness and work done to my bike. I will go back every time I need something for my bike.

They staff & maintenance are top notch , pleasant , knowledgeable.Willing to go the extra mile to warranty and keep you on a safe , maintained bicycle. Purchased bicycles their for years. Will not go anywhere else!

Wonderful customer service and they had the product in stock. We purchased 2 townie 5i ebikes. We also bought the bike carrier required for the additional weight of the e bikes
