I was having issues at the mechanic I had been using for a while and thought it was time for a change. I’m glad I went to Big T and met with Mark. He was very helpful and respectful of my time. The quick turn around time, quality of work, and fair pricing will keep us coming back to manage our small fleet!

2021 update:I was back again this time for a tire repair. They had me in and out in an hour (they had another car in the lift so I had a short wait). I will forever use this shop so long as I’m in Central Florida. I had no issues with them repairing my new tires on my Tesla. Got a nasty puncture from some new construction and they hooked me up. So glad I didn’t need to get a new tire! If you are ever in the fence about this place, just know they do the best work in town and always look after their customers. 4 cars now and every single time I’ve had great experiences with them!

Update: just went back to get something fixed on a new car exhaust and they had me out within 45 minutes. No fuss, no appointment needed. I’m a customer for life!

I've taken my last 3 cars to these guys and they always do a brilliant job. Every shop in Sanford told me they couldn't install my mufflers the same day except Big T. I called and 4 hours later I drove off with my car sounding like a beast. They also have the best rates from my experience. The manager is friendly and extremely helpful. He even gave me a referral to get my door chips fixed from a friend of his whose taken care of his cars for 20 years. Hands down best shop in Central Florida. Best customer service without a doubt!

I just wanted to say thank you to the mechanic who treated me with kindness, was affordable in a time when price gouging is high. As a woman it’s hard to get respect from mechanics; however, I felt very comfortable with how things were explained to me. God bless you and have a wonderful Christmas. This is a wonderful business and I will be coming back.

The service here is amazing. Came in after finding them by accident, after i dropped of my car off at Firestone. While Firestone wouldn't help me, this place sure did.

I am very happy about my whole experience at Big T tire. They have the cleanest garage and waiting area I have ever seen. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and Honest. When going to any automotive place you worry if your going to be overcharged, but not here! I can honestly say it was the most positive experience I ever had with any vehicle Maintenance. I highly recommend Them.

I have taken all my vehicles to this shop. The owner is great. Prices are reasonable and the time it takes to finish the job is punctual. It’s great having a local mechanic just down the road. I hope not to be needing him anytime soon. But when the time comes. This is where I go.

I got 4 new standard tires installed for around 400 with labor. I've had these for a couple months now and they are perfect. No issues with the quality of tires suggested or the installation. And the service was fast, I think it was on a Saturday.

Had some exhaust work done with Big T Tire & Automotive and the experience was A1! Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Multiple generations of my family have used "Big T" for our local vehicle service. They stand behind their work, and give helpful information. I highly recommend them. They are locally owned and have stood the test of time.

So far I've had them replace a brake caliper, my brakes twice, a catalytic converter, tie rod, rotors and a motor mount on my car between 3 different visits. And hands down, the best shop around. Really honest and upfront about everything all while having great prices. Pepboys quoted me $1500 for some work on my car. Went to Big T and not only did they save me $500, but they checked out the car and most of what Pepboys said needed to be done, wasn't necessary. Anytime anyone ever asks me if I know a good shop, I'm sending them to Big T. Customer for life.

After discovering a flat tire in my way to work, they patched it and had me in they way in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional, I highly recommend them!
