We had a good time shopping at BrandsMart USA. It was the first time we had been there. They had a huge variety of different items from cell phone chargers to large furniture and appliances. The store is very organized, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I had an excellent experience with Sultana in the furniture section. She did an extraordinary job explaining the product and resolving issues with delivery. Her professionalism and dedication were impressive.

I experienced exceptional customer attention. I had an issue with an electric bike I purchased there and George, who I believe may be store manager personally corrected the issue and had me on my way in no time. I'll def be back. Thanks

Syed is one of the store managers. I was having all kinds of issues with the delivery of our new stove/oven combo. I could not get anyone to give me a straight answer until I finally found Syed. He listened patiently to my complaints, rants, and issues. He immediately took it upon himself to research the issues and kept in constant and timely communication with me about the most current status of my order. I worked with Syed for about four weeks and he kept giving me realistic updates. He remained professional and courteous with me during the whole process. He tracked my item from port to the FL. warehouse to the GA warehouse to the delivery company and actually had it delivered one day earlier than his "best guess" estimate. He remained positive with me that he would make my issue correct and delivered on that promise. I will work only with him going forward on future purchases at Brandsmart.

I had issues with an online order and Marcus at customer service (in-store) went above and beyond to help resolve it. He was very helpful with a friendly demeanor, responding patiently and efficiently resolving the issue. I was completely impressed by his professionalism and exceptional service.

Super friendly and knowledge staff. I bought the warranty that they had offered (covers installation) and I'm glad I did. Installers came to my house installed everything. A get a call like 3 weeks later (yesterday) and they tell me to come in store for my in store credit. I walked in and the manager Tony too care of me as if I was a celebrity! He put together a solution for me and walked me step be step on the installation process on the new item I bought. He then shower me that if I had not purchased the the plane I would have had to pay another $800 . Again because of Tony and friendly staff at this location they have message me a customer for life. Thank you guys for the phenomenal customer service.

I recently visited Brandsmart for the first time, accompanied by my mom's friend who faces extreme mobility challenges. Unfortunately, our initial encounter with an associate left much to be desired, as they seemed disinterested and unable to assist us with pricing information. We did not take it personally but my mom's friend could barely walk so I was eagerly trying to get him in and out.

However, our experience took a turn for the better when we met Jess, an associate whose dedication to exceptional customer service shone brightly. Jess not only promptly located the price of our desired item but also went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Despite his busy schedule, Jess patiently explored alternative options, offering invaluable insights along the way.

What truly impressed me was Jess's genuine care and consideration. He not only addressed our immediate needs but also took the time to inquire about additional assistance and provided us with comprehensive product knowledge.

The cashier (caramel skin toned w/what I believe is locs in her hair) was EXTREMELY kind as well to my mom's friend as she was jovial towards him when he really needed the positive boost.

I recently went in to purchase a single-cup coffee maker. I wasn't expecting to leave a review as the customer service here generally isn't noteworthy. However, this day was different. My cashier was friendly and funny, and actually convinced me to purchase the warranty with just banter. No pressure, no gimmick, just funny and friendly service.

I easily found the product I needed and, as usual, the store was neat and orderly, which is worth a mention considering how hectic things can be during the holiday season.

My only regret is that I did not ask the young lady's name. Hire more like her, please.

Plenty to choose from in this store with a wide open atmosphere. If you're not familiar with this store, imagine if BestBuy and Bed Bath & Beyond had a baby, but with a little bit more furniture options. That's this store in a nutshell.

Searching for a dryer, what a pleasant surprise to leave Home Depot with the 2! floor models and 1 distracted sales person and then enter BrandsMart's appliance section full of the brands I was hoping to find. And grateful to find a crew of helpful, attentive sales staff. BrandsMart had the same inventory on site, with similar prices and beat HD's pricing for the add-ons: delivery/haul away, etc. Thank you, Joseph for going out of your way to make sure I made the right decision. And kudos to Elizabeth at checkout! She insisted I had been equipped with the wrong accessory which would have delayed the install.

We bought a mattress from Brandsmart today and got a great deal on it ..but the most pleasant aspect of this was the sales rep Mamiaz Begum. She didnt press us took her time and answered any question we had for her. She was very pleasant and made the sale fun for us.

I want to rave about Rasheed Jones in the warehouse!! He was so incredibly diligent and responsible. He stayed after he was supposed to leave to help me locate our appliance for pick up! Give that man a raise!!

Good customer service by Rep. Yen. I got what I needed! Prices were reasonable!

Man, did I sleep on this place. I've passed the store many times but never stopped. Stopped in for last minute Christmas shopping and there were sales everywhere. Great inventory and a helpful staff. I'll be going back.

Visited Brandsmart during my visit to Atlanta. Store has great selection of household, tvs, and computers. Great prices and helpful staff.

Shout out to Christopher Rullier. He turned a crazy experience with purchasing a trio into a better one. He actually did his best to get me a resolution.

Maxine, I would not buy anything from her...she is a horrible sales person...more like a used car salesman...

but Chris is the only person I would have help me going forward.

I needed a new kitchen appliances to be delivered in five days. I went all over to find everything out of stock, on order, etc. on the way home, I saw Brandsmart and stopped in. The awesome salesperson knew exactly what to do, she located the appliances that were available, and help me select the best deals! The best part was they were delivered in FIVE days, exactly when the kitchen contractor needed them to be there. Excellent store, customer service and quality products!

Shirley the store manager and two other employees TC and Denis did a great job of getting my appliances installed by a deadline. Initially they didn't have any appointments available for another two weeks but Shirley, TC and Denis worked together to get the appliances installed by that Monday. They are an awesome team and I would highly recommend their services.
