I needed a graduation gift engraved and I visited Star's Jewelry to see if they did that service. Not only were they fair on their price, when I let them know that I needed it quickly, the Jeweler said, have a seat and I'll do it now. Customer service is not a thing of the past everywhere and Star's Jewelry is a great example of a business that truly shows customer focus.

Love this place. I went there for the first time today. They have beautiful inventory, they can make anything you want, and they can fix anything you want. The best jewelry store I’ve seen in Charlotte County!!!

I took my wedding ring into Star’s to have a bracket fixed. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a very friendly man who listened to every concern I had about the repair. He was so wonderful to work with. He had my ring repaired in just a few days and not only did he fix the bracket, but also reinforced it beautifully! My ring is over 25 years old and now it looks brand new! I’m just thrilled with how it came out and the price was great!! I will definitely use them again! Thank you Star’s Jewelry!

I was referred by others at my store right across the street from stars jewelry, i brought a TAG watch over for repair and to have it cleaned/polished. I did not request a quote and when i went to pick it up (SAME DAY) i went to pay the price was less than half of what i was expecting. GREAT SERVICE! I will be returning to Star's with all of my other watches for any future repairs.

Reasonable prices and fast watch repair! They replaced a broken crystal, reset a face piece that came loose, and changed the battery for $53.50. I collect watches and they replaced 30 dead batteries in only 24 hours.

Jamal helped me design a beautiful ring using diamonds from my mother’s, mother-in-law and my ring. Not only is it beautiful but it has great sentimental value for me. I really love it. Jamal was great to work with and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this jeweler.
