Vue on Lake Monroe

I stayed here for almost 2 years and would’ve definitely stayed longer if we didn’t have to relocate for work. Since the very beginning of the application process front desk worked so well with us. They were kind , made it feel like home and safe for our two kids. It’s a beautiful , peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone ! Thank you to everyone in front desk for everything , it will forever be appreciated :)

I truly loved these apartments. The staff was always nice and helpful. The amenities were clean and well taken care of. Not to mention the beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately we had to move out of state last minute due to medical concerns. Management was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. If we could move back I would in a heartbeat!

I have/had the pleasure of working with James King, as a vendor. He is very prompt and thorough.
Just from an outside standpoint I would recommend anyone to live on that property just from working with Mr. King. The property is always clean and staff is always friendly.
Seems very attentive to tenants and property needs. Look forward to continuing doing business with James!

Suitable accommodation for pretty much everyone. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with everything, especially Christian at the leasing office! Being a foreigner, the move-in process isn’t usually very easy but he made it an effortless and stress-free experience. I have been living here for about a month now and have no complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend👍🏽.

Super nice apartments. Maintenance is fast to fix any issue, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
The reason we moved here is the location and the staff. Christian gave us great advice for deciding which apartment and made the process easier.

My favorite place I have ever lived!!! I was here for 3 years. I am only leaving because I am getting married. James King and the staff are outstanding. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance always came within 24 hours, and you can’t beat the beautiful location. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone! It truly was such a blessing to live here!!!!!

I don't normally prefer to live in an apartment for many reasons... but I'll tell you this: The Vue takes all those downsides and makes them non existent. The pool/ club house/ fitness center are immaculate. The maintenance team is super friendly and efficient. I've never heard my neighbors once in over a year. The other tenants are very friendly. There is plenty of parking.

Overall I would recommend this place to my best friends. Thanks Vue!

I love living here! It's very close to seminole state college and only 25 mins away from ucf. There is a designated study area in the complex. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. The property manager is affable! The maintenance guys are so efficient and take care of problems same day. The atmosphere is great and there are plenty of enjoyable amenities such as the gym, playhouse with a great view of the lake and pool. The complex has great security measures in place, which helps me as a young woman feel safe. Not to mention the area, it's beautiful and close to downtown Sanford, small shops, grocery stores ,and restaurants. Also, the office always has great events and food trucks which is amazing! It has been a great experience.

I toured many apartment homes. The Vue on Lake Monroe was clean, quiet and gated which checked all the boxes for me. Cristian was very professional and answered all my questions. He followed up next day and I was sold. I’m looking forward to taking advantage of the amenities.

I lived at the Vue for a year and it was my first time living on my own! From the time of touring and signing my lease, Tatiana Tuck was super helpful and accommodating. I truly never ran into any issues while living here, there was a time that my A/C wasn't cooling properly so I submitted a request through the app and within 25 minutes I received a call from maintenance that it had been fixed! I loved the brand new appliances, my electric bill was always super low due to the use of solar panels which most apartments don't have! The units are beautiful, huge windows give you a lot of natural lighting in each room and I loved that my unit was surrounded by palm trees :) The dog park and club house were awesome amenities, my dog made so many friends! Whenever I had visitors they would always compliment the club house and how everything felt like a resort. I always felt so safe, there are safety officers on watch at all times of the night. Neighors were always friendly and the grounds are kept very clean. The Vue frequently has food trucks come on Friday nights and it's always nice to take a walk and get food and then go for a walk on Lake Monroe!! I only decided to move because of the rising cost of rent but I understand that The Vue has to keep the cost up to what the market is currently at. I will miss it here!

Christian Nova is amazing!!! Answered my many questions without hesitation, extremely professional, kind, and made sure my move-in went smoothly/always checking in! Excellent service, warm and friendly staff…I’ve enjoyed my experience here so far. Would absolutely recommend!

Katie and the rest of the team definitely are phenomenal. I love them wholeheartedly!! They are understanding and helpful. Never had any bad energy in the office and if there was any you wouldn’t even know.
The apartments and my neighbors were so family oriented; we all got along very well. It’s clean and quiet. I’d definitely recommend Vue apartments. You really get what you pay for and more!

The property is amazing and I am lucky enough to have such a great apartment. Thanks to James king the Property manager who helped me with my whole moving process and educated me on what the property has to offer, best experience I have ever had at an apartment complex.

Best management team in town! James and his team continue to provide excellent service they are always attentive very prompt when it comes to any maintenance. Living in this community is so peaceful and great for families. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

This is the best place I’ve lived at, the lake view in the morning on my way to work is amazing the sunrise over the water makes you feel like your at the beach, almost makes me want to go to work just to drive past it. The staff is always very professional and welcoming. In particular I wanted to thank Tatiana she has been very attentive from the day I came to check out the apartments. The units are beautiful and everything is brand new. The maintenance crew responds quickly to any minor inconvenience and the community is very clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this community to anybody looking for a new place.

From the first time I walked into the office at Vue on Lake Monroe I was greeted with joy by Christian and Kate. Christian helped me find my new home and made the transition easy from start to finish. We love the Vue on lake monroe!

My husband and I are pleased that we chose this place to live, you will always see the maintenance staff working to keep the community in excellent condition. You will always get a quick response to any situation and the apartments are comfortable and beautiful… Excellent staff

I want to thank the team managing and taking care of the property. I don't have any complaints and I've been a tenant since the second building was built. A perfect place to live, with literally everything close by. Stay here and you'll enjoy a peaceful time. Also everything good is in walking distance. Plus the hospital is your neighbor! I recommend 10/10.

To the leasing office, thank you for always taking care of my requests and helping me when I needed it. To the caretakers, thank you for always being available and keeping the place the way it is. You guys are the true MVPs.

Applied online without seeing the place nor speaking to anyone. Got a call from Christian Nova and From the moment I made my inquiry online Christian Nova has facilitated the process in the best way possible, I had 0 issues. Been here now for almost a month and I wanted to give myself something to fully move in and get a feel of the land. I had delays on my end that Christian was patient with, moving in and getting the keys was a breeze! My toddler and I moved from up north as a fresh start and we definitely feel at home. It’s very quiet and I feel safe, not to mention the gates work!!! Lol I have always lived in a pricey “gated” community and the gates were always broken, not here! 🙏🏽😁. I will call and speak to Kate and Christian and my inquires are always taken care off. We are actually on the lake and walking the trail is very nice. I know we are new here and I pray this wonderful service continues! This is very long but I hope this helps someone to choose this community. Thank you and stay blessed-

This was by far, the best place I’ve lived. The staff is always very professional, attentive and care about the residents.
The units are beautiful and everything is brand new. The maintenance crew is always working hard and responding quickly to minor things to fix it. The community is very clean and peaceful, not to mention is close to downtown Sanford and it is located in front of Lake Monroe with beautiful view and places to seat and enjoy a great sunset or just to feel like you are at the beach and have a moment for yourself.

I would definitely recommend this community to anybody looking for a new place to call home. I’m very meticulous person I love clean, nice and quiet places with options to do fun things on my days off. If you are looking for something like that, this is your place!
