We called a number on a sign that was displayed in the yard of a home we had interest in. Within a short time, we got to meet a super sweet person, Kris Nichols, who allowed us to view the home. It wasn’t for us, but Kris was prompt to fulfill our request to go look at some other properties. Over the next few weeks, Kris continued to work with us to find our winter home. She answered our questions and anything she wasn’t 100% sure on she reached out to her team member. She recommended actions that protected us, by bringing in a great inspection team, that ultimately saved us thousands. We now are moved in our new winter home, very happy!
