Regatta Shores

I saw the reviews and still thought to take a chance on this apartment complex. The lake is stunning and the location is prime. Once i saw the property, i immediately applied. it was well worth the price. The best part of it all is that when we had complications with our application (it blocked me from submitting) Kimberly spent the good part of two hours focused on my issue and having a great conversation with my Wife and I. I cannot speak for the living condition yet but as far as customer service goes, they are top notch and that makes me eager for my potential stay.

We have been living here for the last 9 months and it has been wonderful! Any problems get addressed and fixed in a timely manner, the office staff is easy to reach and to talk to! Definitely planning to renew our lease next year. 😊

At first look, the apartments were immediately appealing. The rooms were clean, the carpet was nice, and everything was working. We were able to move in quickly and hassle free with a special that greatly helped us on our first month and will on our second month. Julio, our main contact, has been extremely friendly and helpful. He did a great job at setting the expectations of this apartment complex and kept us well-informed, accurately addressing any questions or concerns.

The application and move in process was seamless and welcoming. The smart home features made the first few days of move in easy breezy. Move in day couldn’t have been any smoother with Julio & everything we needed was in our welcome packet. Amenities are great and we love our Lakeview unit. Kitchens are a little snug but the rest of the living space is spacious and open. The outdoor storage is clutch with condo living & the screened outdoor space is great for early mornings and evening sunsets.

I lived there for almost a year. The community is really nice and the office people are friendly and helpful, I had to move out earlier and it was a no hassle, they explained the options and it was a smooth process.

The apartments are nice and the newly rented ones are renovated and got brand new appliances. The rent is fair market and average in the area. Location is also nice right across the street from lake Monroe, the lake shore is under construction now to build a trail/walk and should be a really nice area to walk once done.

We have been living here for the last 9 months and it has been wonderful! Any problems get addressed and fixed in a timely manner, the office staff is easy to reach and to talk to! We even needed toilet paper during the pandemic and they were generous enough to help out until we could acquire some! Definitely planning to renew our lease next year. 😊

I have lived here with my boyfriend for going on 2 lease terms. We came from a horrible complex (our first apartment) and Regatta Shores was honestly a fantastic step up for the both of us. I want to say that I honeslty haven't had any major inconveniences here. I think, just like living anywhere, it is what you make of it. If you leave the place a mess, you will most likely not get your deposit back. If you aren't communicating with the office and staff, it would be hard for the office and staff to know what you are wanting/needing done.

Personally, every work order I have ever created here has been fulfilled. As some stated before, the hot tub was down for quite some time but they were actively working on getting it back up and running. All other amenities have been great and kept up with. The lake is, of course, a great addition as some of the units come with a nice view. The units are old so you have to understand that the outside of the unit may have normal wear. However, the inside of both of my units (I have lived on two opposite ends of the community) have been great and, besides a few minor things, few work orders were needed to be requested.

Staff members Marc and Julio have been amazing in my experience. They listen and do their best to make things happen when requested. Maintenance staff is also great as everyone I have dealt with have been kind as well. Even amidst the pandemic, they are actively working to help accomplish the work orders. A great plus is the apps that come with the community. You are able to email and IM the staff through the apps as well as post community posts for the rest to see and hear. Makes communication simple and effective.

Overall, great community to live in. Again, its what the PEOPLE make of it. If anything were to change I would be sure to update.

Greatest leasing office staff ever!!! Longevity counts, the Team has been together several years and work well together. They handle business in a very professional manner and although we can tell that the care of the property is important, they show care and concern for Residents too. Best roommate layout.

Wonderful location and friendly, responsive management. Service requests are completed in a timely manner. Gorgeous view and great amenities for a reasonable price.

Lived here for a year now. Pet fee is not unreasonable at all. Never had a noise problem.

Update: Been here for about two years now, we still love it. If we were to move to somewhere else in Central Florida it'd be a transition to home ownership. Still the best deal and service I've heard of in terms of rental. We live in a 1 bedroom lake view.

Moved in a few weeks ago and loving it. My apartment was very clean upon move in. Had a small leak in the laundry room which was fixed by maintenance within an hour. Parking is very easy to find. Staff is very helpful. It's so quite around here also. The bad reviews must come from the people who unfortunately live around bad neighbors.

I love this place! Very well maintained and beautiful. The maintenance men Omar and raymond are the greatest! Marcus and Julio in the office are the best! The rent is not expensive and more than a value! It is all in all a place that you would definitely want to choose. Beautiful views of lake Monroe and wonderful breeze! I find it very safe and friendly. I expect to live here forever!

anytime i had a service issue maintenance was fast and resolved it within within 48 hours or less.

i lived here in a third floor from May 2014 - July 2015 and loved every moment.

as for the pet fees that someone else pointed out below, i've yet to find somewhere that does not charge a monthly pet rent or somewhere that won't charge you if your pet damages your carpet... lol

Regatta Shores Apartments is truly a unique experience in apartment living. The well-maintained apartments and grounds are visible to all. But behind that beauty is an administration team that has created a unique home environment for each tenant. They listen to your concerns and comments with a warm, inviting attitude, and manage the property to perfection to fulfill their obligation to provide a safe, home community. They care and take pride in Regatta Shores and their tenants. Regatta Shores and satisfied tenants are one package. The maintenance staff are the best in their technical abilities and work quickly to fully resolve any issue that arises and ensure your satisfaction. There are many, many apartments in Central Florida, but very few can deliver what is promised after the lease is signed. Regatta Shores has set the standards very high, that is difficult for other properties to reach. Regatta Shores invitation to, “come home”, is an honest, tried and proven, statement. Thank you, Regatta, for six years “of being at home”.

I really do like this apartment complex. Everyone seems really nice and I basically learned everone's name when I moved in because they are so friendly. I have had a few problems here and there but they were all fixed promptly. I must say that the maintenance team is on the top of their game here. Utilities aren't too bad and living right next to the lake is nice. I wouldn't really say this place is too noisy - it's pretty quiet (except for all the Pokémon :) haha). The pool is screened-in and it's very nice.The workout facility houses top-of-the-line equipment and is very clean. I think I may stay here for awhile longer than I was originally thinking.

I love it here! Its quiet and you cant beat the view of the lake! The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The Maintenance team are all very nice and fix things in a decent time frame.

I moved to this community years ago and had a wonderful experience. I moved away to Altamonte to be closer to my job, and ended up breaking lease early there and coming back. That's how great this community is. It's beautiful, quiet, serene, close to downtown sanford, the hospital, the zoo, and all kinds of fun activities. Gate does work, and i've only seen it not work twice in 2 years. The management and maintenance are what truly make this community 5 stars and more. They are amazing, friendly, and care about every single resident. They are fast to respond, and make sure you are happy. They go above and beyond for their residents, which is why I moved back. Best apartment community hands down.

I've lived here for 3 years on the 3rd story. I have lived in apts since I moved to FL in 2002. Love this community! Great staff, great maintenance, pool/spa, met some good neighbor friends too. The only thing I wish we could get is a 3 bedroom.
Our apt came with a TV and fireplace. They are all different but the value can't be beat!

Been here 3 months and so far everything seems pretty good. Decent place to live if you are looking to get away from the city but have to be near enough to work. Much more peaceful than last place we lived.

Great office and maintenance staff, great views, great amenities, grounds are well kept. Our entire moving transition and experience was stress free and fantastic because of the amazing office staff. We are happy and thankful!

Very clean, great gym. Office staff is great and maintenance always there when I need them. Love the pool just wish the hot tub would be fixed.
