Called to add a vehicle to my existing policy, Matt was very helpful answering all my questions and getting me the coverage I need. The process was quick and smooth. He even answered questions I had regarding my home owners policy and questions about business insurance. It's great to be able to call in and speak to someone about all my coverage and know that they have my back when it comes to making sure all my assets are covered!

Matt I don't know his last name, but he was incredibly friendly patient kind really above And beyond it was extraordinary How he put up with me! I think I requested that he follow up with me about 10 times. It was excessive and I felt so bad about it but he was so kind about it and he did every time. I was just so overwhelmed and not ready to review the documents and sign stuff! He deserves a huge raise. You should keep this guy! he's an incredibly valuable asset to your team, and I hope you recognize him for that! Thank you so so much Matt! 😊

joanne was so nice and helpful!! my father and i got set up with new plans at state farm which was much cheaper than our previous plans. I’ve never done this before but she made it very easy for me and sent lots of helpful messages our way to get everything set up properly

Highly recommend the State Farm Insurance office of Joanne Dauphin. Parker, an agent at the office, provided assistance that was exceptional. He was knowledgeable of my policy and explained my current automobile insurance coverage in detail. He demonstrated his dedication to ensure I understood my current coverage including the policy adjustments I recently made. I have found their insurance cist to be better than other competing automobile insurance companies! Again, I highly recommend.

Taylor has been helping me with several items involving mine and my wife’s auto insurance and an umbrella policy. She has been awesome and the entire process has been stress free. She definitely gets 2 thumbs up!!

Taylor was friendly and very helpful. She explained the options I have available at State Farm as well as the charges. She was patient with me when I could not access a form that I needed to sign. I feel like I know her already anhd we have only met on the phone!

I've had a minor crack in the windshield of my vintage BMW for quite some time. I've been looking for a couple years now to find a reasonable price on a replacement.

Blanca was an absolute professional! She was helpful, aware of her companies products, and explained things throughly. She ensured not to end the service call without my complete understanding of any changes that were made. She was friendly and was never "unsure." Mat is the absolute kindest! Mat helped make the process genuinely enjoyable and has some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen! Any worries I had about my car insurance, he automatically explained away and made me feel much more comfortable in the process. I answered the phone call feeling very stressed and confused, and ended the phone call with Mat feeling at ease, supported, and even more educated as I am still a young driver. Mat took valued time out of his day to explain extra parts of insurance to me that I didn't understand, and truly made me believe he had my best interest at heart. Mat's a total stranger, but it was almost as easy as talking to a friend! He did a great job and I am so grateful to have his as part of the insurance team!

Office staff was wonderful. Being a Statefarm customer for 40+ yrs has its benefits.
Taylor, who quoted my rate and advised me of Florida law vs Illinois in regards to coverages was very professional and pleasant. Thankfully the rates were very close to the Illinois rates. Im looking forward to a longterm relationship with the office.
