Such a great experience. Dr. Kicker listened to all of my concerns and provided a variety of recommendations. When it came to a cyst on my dogs back, due to the nature of it, he recommended removing it as soon as possible, but with my second dogs small painless growth, he provided feedback and we determined it was a situation that we could watch it over time. I appreciate not feeling rushed during the appointment and receiving advice without feeling pressured.

Absolutely amazing place. I have brought a couple of my dogs here over the last 15 years and they have always received great care. The staff is always friendly, compassionate and amazing and goes above and beyond in my opinion. One time a few years ago I called in a panic when my dog was choking on something. My car was in the shop at the time and due to the emergency situation they offered to drive over to my house to try and help save my dog's life. Luckily I was able to dislodge the item after trying a couple things they advised to do and my dog was fine. Just the fact that they were willing to go out of their way to save my dog's life tho speaks volumes. I highly recommend this place! They are always my go to vet whenever one of my dogs needs to be seen and always will be.

Great service to my dogs. They have lovely techs and vets and they accommodate them wonderfully. For big dogs they meet them on the floor instead of having them up on a table, and they have plenty of canned cheese and peanut butter to keep them occupied while they’re checked out. They’re able to tell me the price of things ahead of time so I know what to expect. One time my dog got out of the backyard and one of their vet techs was driving to work and found him, brought him in and called me right away. They did a great job keeping him calm and happy until I got there. Would always recommend.

I came to Wauwatosa Vet Clinic with my puppy after a horrible experience at a different vet for my puppy’s first appointment. I was feeling very defeated after going to the last place and got a referral from a friend for Dr. Haynes at Wauwatosa Vet. I am SO happy we made the switch. She is literally amazing. So kind and nuturing, put our minds at ease instantly, offered a delayed vaccine schedule after our puppies ER visit from an allergic reaction without us even having to suggest it, and validated our worry after that ER visit, making us feel heard. This was overall a great experience with the vet techs and techs working the front desk. Everyone we encountered so far was great and it’s night and day from the last place we went. So happy to have found this place and had to leave a review for Dr. Haynes. I have had three dogs in my adult life and have yet to have a vet as kind and as knowledgeable as her.

Dr. Haynes is fantastic. I work in the veterinary field and was very impressed with her thorough analysis of my staffie’s rather involved skin issues that came about pretty acutely. She picked up on things that I didn’t notice and we came up with a short and long term plan for keeping him comfortable, listening to all concerns that I had. It is hard to find a good vet as I have pretty high expectations and she was everything I was looking for with him. I have also had my dog seen by Dr. Kicker and he was knowledgeable as well about pre-disposed skin conditions.

I love Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic! Everyone from the receptionist staff to the vet techs to our vet, Dr. Kicker, is so welcoming and kind to us and our pup. They will always answer our phone calls and help us the best they can. Their communication is always great, and prices fair (dogs are expensive anywhere you go!). Additionally, they work with my pet insurance company really well, and will always try to be in the pet owner’s corner. They have an easy-to-use app and have a nice rewards program. A wonderful veterinary clinic!!

The staff here is incredible and extremely caring. They were so patient during the hard visits and I could see that I wasn't just another customer. I always recommend them to others. I am so appreciative of them over the years and will continue to support their buisness. Thank you for all you do!

We recently switched to Tosa Vet and couldn't be happier. They have the friendliest staff, and I feel so relieved to have such good care for my pup.

Wish I could give more!! Dr Haynes is the best vet I ever had. My cat was, to say the least, a "Handful". She had to be sedated to be looked at. She was my baby though, and I couldn't have been more happy with the service and care Dr Haynes gave her through out her life. She as also there for the toughest time of saying goodbye. I truly can not express my gratitude enough. We moved and will miss this place and it's staff. It's worth the drive and the time for this Vet. They will take care of your Fur Baby!!

Since Covid this clinic gouges clients on price. $50 to sample poop, $25 for a simple antibiotic, $75+ for vaccines, visit and lab fees. My bill is $300-500 every time I take my new dog there. I'm looking around for a new place.

This was my review pre-Covid. Use good Covid-19 practices. Coo over my dog. Are sensitive to not overcharging. Don't try to upsell you.

I cannot express how well me and kitty were treated here. After our cat broke his leg playing with an overly excited puppy, we were told he needed the entire head of his femur removed. After calling several places with orthopedic surgeons this was the first and only place that asked us how kitty was actually doing. Curbside visits put a dent on meeting the wonderful staff but they were very welcoming and courteous on the phone. Everything was simple and easy for us and Dr. Tenorio did a great job at explaining the procedure and actually answering all our questions. If they'll have us we'd definitely like to return as patients under less dire circumstances.

This was our first visit. The entire staff was very friendly and made my dog and I feel welcomed. They gave my dog so much love that she napped after we left! The vet gave the vaccines so smoothly, my dog barely noticed. They answered all my questions. I feel good about going back.

Dr. Haynes and Dr. Binor are excellent docs, I feel they are knowledgeable and so attentive in their care for my sweet little Chihuahuas! Right now I'm working with Dr. Haynes with my dog Fern through a complicated issue and she keeps everything on track and is so sweet to my little baby. And Angela, Andrea and Tammy are always so friendly and helpful. I am sure they all are, those are just the staff I have worked with most over the years.

Dr. Volker's has been such a blessing for our furbaby. She was very thorough with her explanations of different care instructions after my dog had two surgeries there. We trust her expertise and knowledge and im very thankful for the work she has done with my dog- even when I had a lot of questions about things. She was happy to answer to the best of her ability and steer us in the right direction. She also sang the "toothbrush" song that she does with her dogs as she recommended how to brush my dogs teeth :) Office staff and techs are super helpful and kind. Thank you for all that you do!

They take such good care of our little fur baby. Staff is wonderful and I really like all of their Vets. They really stay on top of his shots, and annual check up. Highly professional and top notch facility.

I have been very happy with the quality of care from Wauwatosa Vet Clinic. The technicians are kind and very capable. My reactive dog actually mellows out when he is there for nail trims and check ups. They are great at making it a good experience for him. It's a little pricier than other places but worth it.

We were very happy with the knowledge and the kindness and caring of the staff and especially of Dr. Volkers. It means a lot because our furry kids are everything to us, and cannot talk.

My cat,Stu, has had incredible Service at the Tosa Vet! They are all so welcoming and make it easy to leave our kitty there with such a professional staff!

We've taken all of our family pets to this clinic for over 30 years. We have always been treated respectfully and our pets are treated like family! They are so compassionate when it comes to the end of our time with our old pets. We couldn't imagine going any where else.
