I can't say enough good things about my experience at this store. My service guy was Ramon and he was so helpful and patient with me. Explained all of the plans and omgosh, the free tablet! I left the store with a new phone, tablet and awesome plan. Thanks Ramon!

I am so very grateful for the manager and associates at this location. I went in with my sister to purchase a new phone. Everything was explained, the product, the cost, the discount, the features, the assistance with setup. What the manager was not told, my issues with my memory, he and the young lady he was training, were professional, respectful, and attentive and friendly, accommodating without knowing my limitations, without hurrying me to get to the next customer. I will recommend this location in Sanford, FL to everyone at the senior living facility where I reside. They deserve praise and thanks and recognition.🥰✌🏾

I purchased a phone at this location from Orlando and Ramone (manager). I was greated cheerfully as soon as I walked in by Orlando. They helped me select the best phone for my needs and answered numerous questions patiently and with a great attitude. Definitely will be returning here.

Very friendly staff. I asked a lot of questions. Left came back a few times and asked some more. I felt comfortable there and it had a calm energy. Greeted nicely and not annoyingly lol. The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and patient and I was able to feel confident in what he was telling me and the customer service was top notch as they're able to bring value to your purchase by going above and beyond if needed. ✨

Gerson was incredibly helpful and friendly to me and my mother. My mother was having issues with her flip phone not charging. He immediately demonstrated a great willingness to help and checked the account for us. The phone was replaced quickly and all her contacts were saved successfully. The new phone was even better suited for my mother since the buttons were larger. She was very happy.

Omg.... I was at this store for 4hrs damn near...but Sam was the best!!! He literally stayed patient and got the problem taken care of. He helped make sure we got the right phone and EVERYTHING taken care of. Customer service was excellent!! Will defiantly be back to this location. My wife went to metro and talked to my man Sam and he helped her out in regards to purchasing me a phone for my birthday. He told her to go home get your husband and bring him in so you can be sure this is the phone he wants. I went to metro with her and talked to Sam myself he sold us the ZTE blade and an otterbox case. He was very knowledgeable and professional in answering questions that I had and explaining the advantages of the new phone compared to my old phone. Thanks Sam for your service.

The best Metro PCS store in the area they have the best deals and if you didn't know MetroPCS stores are individually owned so each one has different deals I found this out when going to a different MetroPCS store so I went back to this store was able to get the phone I wanted for half the price of the other MetroPCS store crazy but true
