Metro by T-Mobile

I went to this location to purchase a new phone for my daughter. The service was above excellent. The people were knowledgeable and very friendly. This was an enjoyable experience. Kudos to the staff.

I went in the store upset what I did on a app on my phone. To make a long story short Michelle not only helped me with the problem but calmed me down. This is why I've been with Metro for over 10 years.

Kevin was so incredibly helpful. If you need anything come to this store and ask for Kevin he will provide top quality service with a friendly and helpful attitude. Great experience

I went in there yesterday they was nice the lady was busy n said she will be with us shortly n when she helped us she said thank you 4 being patience n helped me n my sister g we nice new phones n she helped us alot n the 2 guys worked there was friendly n funny the was talking to us when we was waiting for our phones 2 get switched I'm goin 2 tell people go there n help with everything n so friendly

When the Metro PCS on Kings Highway was closed at 9:30am
on Monday (03/28/22) we called this location and got a sweet response to come on over to their store. So glad we did! Super great staff!!! The other customers were fabulous, as well! It was a great experience overall, thank you, we will return.

This morning I had purchased a Samsung galaxy A52 5g at this store. The two gentlemen working at the store, Christopher and Christian we’re very helpful with my purchase and setting up my new phone transferring my data from my iPhone. Christopher had to talked to me on the phone a couple days earlier and was very accommodating with all the info that I needed.Chis went the extra mile in helping me with my phone and even setting up my Bluetooth in my car for me. I highly recommend this store and these two gentlemen who helped me with everything. Christopher was awesome! "B.Trent

Kevin was outstanding, kind & courteous which is rare to find these days. I DO NOT recommend going to Metro at 909 Kingshighway, MOE was rude and disrespecful!! Coming to this store was a breath of fresh air. Kevin and employee working were very kind and willing to LISTEN and HELP. Excellent store and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Today i bought a new phone i liked it so much i bought my boyfriend the same phone i like so much, Lisa told me i was due for an upgrade and demonstrated the stylo4. Which her salesmanship is outstanding and i trust her judgement and always know i can count on her for any issue. I love this store !!

I have just come home from Metro by T- Mobile in zip code 33952, where Josh works. I have been having trouble with my phone for many months and this was the fifth store I have visited. I have to commend Josh because I felt for the first time like someone was finally searching deeply into my phone to solve my problem. He looked into his computer and spoke to his boss, Kevin. Josh never gave up until I was completely satisfied!

I was on assignment in Port Charlotte when my phone cracked. I googled metropcs, and ended up at this store a few minutes before they opened. I was the first customer there, but within a few minutes, there were 3 others behind me. Tony kept his cool, and helped us all at the same time. That's a nice skill, and I hope his boss realizes it.

Hello, My name is Kelly Jefferson...It's important to me that I share how wonderful,my experience was in working with The Metro people on Gardner St, Port Charlotte, Fl....My phone had broke,fortunately, I had insurance, The first night I went to get help for a new phone, The manager, and the dark haired young lady,Was so nice to me, which usually some of the other stores,they are very cool in their approach, .....I had gotten my phone, and went back...to find the most personable young man ,Josh Smith....He took every bit of stress away from me, because he effortlessly switched all my phone info, to my new phone....What a Nice person he was, He went out of his way for me.....Now my neice,niece, friend and my sister n law all go to Metro PCS...on Gardner Rd ...A warm and caring group of people....You couldn't pay me to switch stores....Thank you ,for your upstanding hiring capabilities.....A number 1 Rating in my Book...Take Care, n God Bless you all this Holiday Season...!!!!

I've been going through Metro for years and years and this is actually been my best experience. Kevin B was the person who I dealt with and directed me the right way. I will forever come to the store if I need any more assistance.

Got my device working again been to multiple Metro store bought phone Christmas Eve it worked Til got home Christmas then got a lock code I could not even turn phone off then finally got to factory reset after many days and it worked on and off turned it on day before yesterday it said not registered on network and emergency calls only they called Metro corp and factory set network and it seems to work fine

i am so thankful this branch is here in Port Charlotte on gardner. i live off of burnt store rd in Punta Gorda, which is a long drive. But the service is outstanding here , especially the store manager Lisa has a pleasant personality and quick to service. Drive right by Punta Gorda store and forget North Fort myers ,no personallity there !What a breath of fresh air,will only do my buisness at this location!! Im a caregiver and my time is limited and i appreciate the quick friendly service!!!
