I ordered a flower/plant arrangement for my mother from Gladrich and they were beautiful. My mother was very happy! She said the delivery driver even commented on just how beautiful the arrangement was. This was my second time ordering and I will continue to order from them. Definitely recommend.

I would recommend Gladrich to anybody! They will be doing the flowers for my wedding coming up in March and I am so excited to see how it turns out! During my consultation, both of the owners, Kerrie and Tara, and the designer met with me. They were so kind and helpful. I had a few meeting with other florists before I met with them and they were the only ones who didn’t make me feel like just another bride. They took everything I said into consideration and listened attentively to any concerns I had. They asked questions in detail. Rather than just naming off random flowers and expecting me to know what would look best, they brought real flowers from the back to show me, pulled up pictures, and really got a good understanding of my theme.
The way they put together the proposal is amazing and allows you to pick and choose or edit what you want and don’t want. They are also very quick about getting back to you via email on any questions. Quality service and were able to work with me on our budget!

Glaring Florist made the impossible, POSSIBLE !
There was an unexpected death in the family and I forgot to order flowers for the funeral from all the stress going on. I had 1h 30 mins before the funeral.I called around and no flower shop could help me and basically said I was crazy it’s Christmas time and NOT possible. Gladrich said she could do it and she did it in 35 mins with time to spare. We are forever grateful. She did an amazing beautiful job on our heart arrangement , which was need on this important day! If you are looking for a florist for an event or just because, look no further. We've used Gladrich for personal floral deliveries and have always been impressed by the arrangements received, so we contracted with them for our wedding of 150 guests. Gladrich blew us away with the centerpieces and décor throughout our ceremony and reception. I originally showed their team some inspiration photos and they absolutely nailed it! All our guests commented how beautiful our wedding was thank you to the Gladrich team.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop! I had a quick wedding and wanted some roses for my homemade bouquet. The roses I received were beautiful, they smelled gorgeous, and they lasted a long time! The owners were so sweet and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!

Owners/operators of this local florist are refreshingly friendly, professional & responsive. Same day delivery order was given their immediate attention. Although some floral substitutions had to be made, because the order was placed with such short notice, the finished product was amazingly fresh & delightful! An image of the beautiful arrangement was provided, prior to delivery, as requested. We would highly recommend Gladrich Florist Shoppe & will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Absolutely representing Top Notch customer service. I spoke with Carrie (sp) when they opened for the day. I explained what some of the different flowers I would like and she said she put together an arrangement off of that. Carrie said "Don't worry, we will make it very cool". Which is what I ask for. Wow!! They did not disappoint at all. A custom piece that was amazing. Arranged and delivered in a very speedy time frame. Three and a half hours after calling from Kansas, our daughter had her birthday flowers. And they even went out of their normal delivery range for me. Refreshing to do business with someone who cares what kind of service and product they offer. Will definitely be calling again for our future flower orders. Thanks again so much!!

Ordered flowers for a friend, and they are gorgeous! A colorful bouquet of different flowers and foliage, artfully arranged to look un-arranged. Absolutely stunning, and the customer service was outstanding, too.

Received flowers at my work today and they are beautiful and exactly what my husband requested. The owner was great to work with and very pleasant. No need to go anywhere else. Flowers look great and colorful.

I received a beautiful fresh cut bouquet for my birthday, which lasted 2 weeks!! And a few of the daisies & carnations lasted yet another week! Amazing!

My flowers for my co-worker were beautiful! They went out of their way to deliver them to their house. I really doubt that FTD would do this for a customer. I am glad I bought flowers from Gladrich! I would definitely order from them again!

Called them the day before a funeral for some flowers to be delivered the next morning. I told her what I was looking for and they did an amazing job. And not to mention the delivery fee was a fraction of some of the other local florist. 5 stars all the way.

Jocelyn is Amazing!!! Excellent customer service & an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement. I live in Illinois and wanted to do something special for my wonderful mom. I saw the excellent reviews and took a chance. They went above and beyond!! My mom was so surprised. She was also overwhelmed by their scent, beauty & quality. She told me the delivery guy was so nice. Jocelyn even took the time to send me a photo before she sent my mom the flowers. Not only did they make my mom's day special, they made mine too. I can't be with my mom right now, but they made us feel closer together. We Truly Appreciate All of Them!!!!
