Good prices not too much extra storage spots prices have went up some over the past year but still a good price not AC units I heard they might be having some but who knows time will tell

Tom did a amazing job taking care of my storage needs. He is very friendly and easy to talk to

I worked with Tom and he answered all my questions, the storage facility was well taken care of.

This place is awesome and the manager tom abaling was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a customer again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. They can't keep a manger so the property is run down. They can not keep the billing straight. Even after I moved out it was a fight to get them to quit billing me. Horrible experience. Go anywhere else. Interesting how you try to make this sound like it was about moving out. I moved out because it was continually a problem. Billing was a problem from the time I moved in. I tried to rent a parking space and gave up because the spaces they kept giving me had something in it. The one star isn't about moving out. I moved out because the facility is a one star facility.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to change my "excellent service" to a rock bottom "do not store here." The place has turned into a "fenced in junk yard" and the gate seems to be wide open all day (not sure about at night). AND, it appears that they allow people to park at random instead of paid for assigned spots. Our 5th wheel was in the shop for maintenance for a couple of weeks and when I returned with it last week, an RV was parked in our space. I called the "help desk" immediately and they assured me that the district manager would contact me. Never heard from them, even after calling several times. When I called the help desk a 4th time, the agent stated that the district manager instructed them to tell me to park our 5th wheel in any empty spot??? At first I chose not to, to keep others from going through what I was/am experiencing now. I finally chose an unmarked vacant area and parked. I have since called the help line several more times and STILL have YET been able to talk to anyone that can resolve this issue. SO, in short, NO, I absolutely would not recommend storing here nor any facility this company owns. You would probably be just as good parking it on the side of a highway. ALSO, all the tags numbers have weathered away and there is absolutely no way to tell which spot you are parking in. When Jeff and Diane (Curry Moving and Storage) owned this place, there was never ever any issues. Obviously, the issue is with the current owners.

Tired to use this place.
The spots werent marked and they couldn't help me find where I should park my trailer. The front gate was also broken leaving it completely open to the street.
They refunded quickly but these were show stoppers for sure.

Will check back in an possibly update review if they fix these issues

Still waiting on my refund for a unit I paid for but never received because you decided you did not want to open your doors that day! Then while I sat in your parking lot for two hours waiting for you another gentleman pulled up and said you had done same exact thing to him! . Please supply my refund thanks!
