The staff here are always kind and welcoming. The veterinarians are knowledge and listen to us. The vet techs are also knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. When we go in for our yearly check ups it is always a great experience. My dog does get nervous, but they do a great job to keep him as calm as possible.

I love talking to Dr. Oakes. She has been, by far, the best vet I've used in my 15 years of kitty ownership. She explains things thoroughly and allows multiple options in case of finances for the best options. The staff at both locations have also been extremely welcoming and I never felt like a bother -- which when you have something actually wrong with your pet and you're trying to figure out, the amount of times I've called, I have never felt burdensome. Thank you for making us feel seen and heard and welcomed. <3

Andrea and Angela were friendly as always. Jack took great care of Fern and Fiona from when they first came in to their nail trim and other procedures. Dr. Haynes was thorough and caring and so lovely to the girls and me. I so appreciate the knowledge and care Dr. Haynes provides!

Efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. They're close to home, have a convenient alternate location next to a good boarding facility that provides peace of mind. My dogs seem to feel comfortable in their offices and with their staff.

Was my first time at this clinic and I am very happy with the level of care and follow through. My dog ingested some toxic plants and was feeling unwell for days, they got us in next day. Jaleesa was our vet tech and treated my little buddy with so much love I would have thought he was her dog. Dr miller did the exam and took the time to discuss our treatment options.

It's a huge bonus that this vet is walking distance from my home, but it also happens to be a wonderful clinic with great staff. The online appt booking process is easy. I especially appreciate the way that Dr. Haynes showed so much care and affection for my cat and quickly worked to figure out what was going on. I will gladly keep taking my cat here!
