My best purchase in 2022. The saleslady JJ was amazing, she recommended fantastic materials as well as offered me unbeatable prices and arranged the installation right after. Jose and his brother Tony and Ray came over and knocked it out in 2 days, great communications and installation skills. I compared them to Home Depot and other local companies, this company definitely stands out, they have the materials in their warehouses and they can get the work started right away.

I have purchased flooring from JJ from JB flooring for years. JJ always greets me with a big smile and is eager to show me the best deals they have on various close-outs. She has a great design sense as well so I always walk out of there with attractive tile at a very good price.

Staff is all very kind and knowledgeable, especially JJ. Good selection for all kinds of flooring and very good prices. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for flooring.

Needed just a couple tile to try and match up an old tile repair for a customer the folks there were very polite and helpful fair price for just needing to tile

They have a huge showroom and warehouse with an excellent variety to select from, while benefitting from the help of a stellar level performing Staff !

What an incredible experience, not only were the prices lower than expected, but my sales woman, JJ, was amazing. I told her what I wanted, she took me right to the perfect floor, in the large, we'll stocked warehouses, and she was able to explain pros and cons in different products and gave me a ballpark figure for the entire job that was spot on. The installers did a fabulous job. Couldn't be happier with JB, JJ , the great price and the great installers.

Maria Dolly Britan was our sale woman at JB Flooring in St Pete a couple of years ago, we were having trouble picking the color of our VLT, her expertise was right on! Love the product and color.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Pricing and Quality Product! I worked with Sandy and George recently and they were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and very reasonably priced for the luxury vinyl plank I purchased. I got a quality product that looks like it cost a lot more than it did. What a difference from the old flooring! The JB product has a padded backing. I was surprised to see my old flooring had nothing. Also worked with another woman there a year or so ago for some tile. She was also great to deal with. Can't say enough about this company. Very very pleased!

I could not be happier with the help and service I received from Mark at JB Factory Flooring. I explained our situation; We needed flooring installed in a vacation condo and would not be in town for weeks. We needed the flooring so we could use our bedrooms and set up furniture. Mark was excellent -- he came right over to the condo, reviewed the situation, made recommendations, and gave us an estimate. I trusted him with the keys! And sure enough, he got the job done quickly, efficiently, and even came in under the original estimate. Excellent service! I had friends recommend JB's, and they had used them multiple times over the years and had been pleased. I too am now a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring company you can trust.

Maria helped us getting flooring for our whole house and was so nice and truly went above and beyond expectations. When the flooring was installed the guys did a fantastic job and once again went above and beyond expectations. We had one room of our house installed by home depot and thats when I decided to write this review. If you're trying to decide between JB and home depot pick JB.
