Great place to call home for almost 10 years clean,quite ,comfy, great place for Dr.Schenfield and I to call home love it .The best school systems in the nation. Gainesville City Schools, Buford City Schools top not notch schools to Teach .-Scott Advocacy A.C.L.U.

This is a peaceful and serene place to live. It’s in the center of everything. It’s close to mall of Georgia, Lanier island, I-85 south and Walmart. It has everything close to you starting from restaurant like IHOP, chi-fil A, Chipotle, Waffle House etc to car vendors like car max, auto nations etc. It is located around the best schools like BUFORD CITY SCHOOLS and GWINNETT COUNTY SCHOOLS. USPS, FedEx, UPS and Gwinnett public library are just few miles away from the countryside village of Gwinnett. Buford is an industrial area with less crimes. It’s one of the best places to live in Georgia. Living in the countryside village of Gwinnett is a good investment.

I went to Countryside on a whim, loved what I saw, was shown a lot with a mobile home for sale...loved it, closed on the home...moving in. Staff was great!
