I have always gone here for urgent care and for school/work physicals and I love it. In and out in a timely manner.
I hate needles and this is the only place I feel comfortable going to.

I have never been seen by Dr. Javed at this location but by his associate Dr. Janet Radford. She is a very caring and down to earth physician and treats you with great respect and professionalism. She listens to her patients and treats them accordingly. I have been seen by many physicians in my life and left them because of their arrogance as they feel that they are above you and treat your problems the way they want. She on the other hand listens and is open to suggestions from your past experiences and treats you accordingly with no attitude or arrogance. She genuinely cares for her patients and has only their best interests and their good health is her primary concern. I would and have recommended her to anyone looking for a good and caring physician.

Older facility but great staff, very helpful, quick and easy to get in to see. All in one service, they can:
Take you blood no need to go somewhere else.
Take XRays, no need to go somewhere else.
They are open until 6pm.
They have another facility in Lake Worth, open on weekends.
The can do CatScans, MRI's, no need to run all over town.

I have had a excellent experience with Dr. Janet and her staff. Wait time is no more than 15 minutes..I continue to see her and she helped me through a very desperate situation.

Their customer service is horrific. A phone conversation with a male representative in their "Billing Department"
resulted in him chastising me for not paying a (co-pay) which I was not aware of and I only found out about the bill after 3 years because my credit score dropped 21 points overnight when they sent my bill to collections. Upon asking for clarification of date & service, the man who refused to identify himself, stated, "Alright, let me give you the information so that I can be done with you!!!" I immediately paid my bill to the collection agency plus $13.00 fee for using my credit card. Unbelievable how anyone working in health care can be so disrespectful and unprofessional in this day and age. Never again.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! By far the worst doctor experience I’ve ever had . Brought my mother in law in with clear signs of pneumonia and after dealing with very RUDE doctors and staff was sent home with no results and no medicine . Doctor did unnecessary test to after tell us the results wouldn’t be in for two days to call then .
Called two days later and the doctor wouldn’t give us the results we had to go and argue and wait for two hours for them to finally tell my mother she had pneumonia! They wanted to do a heart stress test while my mother had pneumonia can you imagine !!! This place is a scam I would never go here again not if you paid me !!

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this office was stressful to visit.

They tried to re-charge me to redo an exam after they forgot to tell me to come back. The purpose and procedure of the test were never explained.. I thought it was just an injection and was never informed that it was actually a skin test that needed to be checked in 48 hours.

When I went back for papers, I asked how long it would take, and a "few minutes" turned into 30, making me late for my next appointment. I would have been okay if she had told me an accurate time and I would've came back another day - or at least apologize for the inconvenience.

Overall a very stressful series of visits.. I wouldn't come back here or refer a friend/family member.

This place is a scam. We originally went there because they do the required CDL Medical Certification. They take your money and give you bogus bs. First instance was when my boyfriend went in for having been kicked on his knee by a horse. The area swelled badly with a egg like bump which was filled with fluid. Lady who saw him, would never drain the area, the 3 times they had us come back, still never would drain it. But sure kept taking our money. Second time, we went for his physical for his CDL and they tried to tell him that they could not give him his certification and he had to come back the next day for an EKG. What? For a little high blood pressure? Interesting thing is they would not take his insurance. So of course they would want you to pay cash for the EKG, god only knows what that would cost. Not to mention they take your payment right when you walk in the door which I found quite odd. After investigating this doctor further, found that he has several Medical Malpractice Lawsuits which include people dying after having been to this facility. That was enough for me, we will never go back. They can keep the damn $65.00 that they ripped us off. Went the next day to a different place and his blood pressure was fine and he got his Medical Certification without a problem. This place is such a rip off and will rip you off if you let them. This time we did not let them get away with it. I plan on filing a complaint against Javed's License as this place should be shut down!!! Also, they girl who answers the phone is RUDE and does not know how to be professional, RUDE in person as well. Never again will I fall for this place!!!! BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are a lot better places that care about you and do not have to rip people off!!!

Good for basic health issues but not really equipped for serious injuries like broken bones like they claim. Their prices are a bit biogas 50 for office visit which isn't bad but if you have to go back cause your still in pain they charge 100 . Was happy with them until the last visit I had with them and now will not ever go back. Oh and if you ever get blood work done they will always call and say it came back abnormal even when it's not.. don't waste your time going here

I visited the office with clear shingles symptoms and after an unnecessary CAT scan and blood works I was sent home with lidocaine patches!! Although I explained in details my sensitive skin, pin & needles, exact area with rash pain, etc. Very disappointed in service and the facility looks like a 3rd world clinic!

Do Not Come here. There are better places with medical professionals who actually know what they are doing. Avoid this place at all cost. I would rather pay out of pocket and pay more money and drive up the street.

Waste of time and money they have 0 competence here. This place use to have professionals but they must have gotten frustrated with the stupidity that seems to plague this office.
