It is always nice to visit this dealership. They answer calls quickly, making an appointment on the web is easy, the technicians are always friendly and appointment times are respected. The repair costs are fair, the new way of receiving repair cost and approvals via text is a success. My service advisor Susan Rutledge is the best, always friendly, knowledgeable and able to assist me with any concerns or questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bill was very professional and thorough as he shared the various things my car needed done. I liked the ability to text/phone Bill and was impressed how fast he responded. The work on the car was done well. I liked the availability of Lyft to help me get home and back. Nice perk.

The workers and staff are kind and efficient in how they handled fixing my car. The mechanic sent over a video detailing what’s good and what needs recommend for fixing in a clear and detailed manner. The service here is stellar and much quicker that I thought! And the service provider Catherine is so awesome and helpful!😁

Isaac and Alfonzo were very Helpful, The service Department was very Slow . I showed up at 11:20 for an oil change the Honda link does not work. When I got there I told them I also have a appointment to talk to agent to change my lease to buy out the car.. got paperwork started took over 3/12 hrs to inspect my car.. No one told me would have taken that long .. Had no lunch all day.. finally got everything done at 4:00.. I am very pleased with Alfonzo

Excellent customer service. Jasmine goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy with the service provided and finds answers and solutions to all of your questions. She is friendly and professional and keeps you informed. She is a definite asset to Braman Honda of Palm Beach.

Excellent place to service my CR-V, easy to schedule an appointment.
Provided a video of the car inspection pinpointing the state of the parts, either: good, needs attention or repair. With the option to accept or decline repair, prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend this shop to service or repair your car. I will keep bringing mime back.

Great customer service. Appointments are respected and punctual, but not always necessary if it's a small issue that can reasonably handled immediately. They appreciate the need for SAFETY above all. Also, the customer's time is valuable.

Susan Rutledge is the best staff, I have ever encountered in my life. Not only does she have a warm smile, good attitude, she is also considerate of the customers. She is also efficient and has very good service quality. She is the main reason why I stay here.

Big shoutout to Victor R. , I have a Honda Civic 2020 and Victor took great care of me. He's the type you know you can trust him. He is so sweet and great communication! You don't have to sit around all day waiting for answers like most places. He is very honest and tells you straight so I appreciated that. Braman's Service Dept. very proficiently repaired my unexpected maintenance problem recently. The needed part was unavailable so they arranged for a rental car and got me back on the road very quickly. The service advisor kept me updated on the repair status. The entire process was handled very professionally.

I was fortunate to work with Jasmine when I arrived for service, she was great to work with, informative, and very efficient. I didn’t have issues with the service center through the entire process. Getting picked up by Enterprise for a rental took longer than expected, but that isn’t Braman Honda’s fault and luckily Jasmine helped remedy Enterprise’s error. My car was washed before I picked it up and looked better than when I brought it in.

Vito always goes above and behind for his customers. The service is always excellent. I usually deal with Honda dealerships with employees who have attitudes so it was nice going to a dealership with people who actually WANT to help their customers .

We decided to sell my wife’s 2019 Mazda CX-3 GT, we checked with between 6-8 dealerships and got quotes including a Mazda Dealership (they actually lowballed us the most) We tried Braman Honda as our last shot before taking it to another dealership where we had a good offer because I had purchased my Honda there last year. We said we only wanted to sell the car and not buy anything. At first the price was lower than I expected and I said no thanks, the manager asked me what I would accept and I told him. Our salesperson from last summer Liuba Assisted us all the way. We got our price exactly and couldn’t be happier. This was our second time doing business with Braman Honda. We will definitely be back….. in 300,000 or 400,000 miles (Honda’s are wonderful)

Lesly French always takes care of me for the service of my Honda Pilot. He’s welcoming with a smile every time. He’s efficient and professional. I only make my service appointments with him.

Veda Fernandez was the service advisor that helped me. I explained that I needed to be at work and she did a great job of getting me in and out super fast. She also went over my multi point inspection to make sure I understood everything that was going on with my van. - Thanks Veda!

After having such a poor experience at another Honda Service Center in CT, I was a little nervous about trying another Honda Service Center. I will say my experience with Braman was excellent! The advisor Vada Fernandez went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with every step of my oil change, auto inspection and recall service. I was given a rental to use, as it was thought the recall could take over 24 hours. I was shuttled to Enterprise and again, great customer service! I was processed quickly and was in a brand new, cute KIA Forte and on my way. My car was completed only a few hours later. I brought the rental back to Braman and Vada took care of the return. My car was ready to go, I paid exactly what we agreed to when I first came in. I was not pressured with upselling. I paid and was on my way! I will certainly use Braman again, they restored my faith in Honda Service again!

Victor Reynosa was very kind when I brought my Honda in for oil change. He informed me of future services needed without making me feel uncomfortable pressure t get it done right that second. He was great.

Vada was great as are many of the service advisors. I have been bringing my car here for 14 years and it's because I know I can trust them to fix what's wrong the first time correctly. You might pay a bit more but you get what you pay for in this case.

My service advisor Victor is always so helpful! He will makes sure service is delivered with the upmost quality. He always puts the customer as a priority and always willing to go the extra mile!
