Hessler Paint & Ace Hardware

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I own a local production company in the area, and needed help with a stuck 3/8 adapter(from a dynamic mic) on a mini tripod. This saved the mic for sure. Thank you Jay for removing the nut from my tripod and saving the day. The customer service here is exactly what is necessary for a local hardware store and lacking from the big box stores. Thanks again. Highly recommended and please ask for Jay if you come by the store.

Outstanding! Hessler’s goes above and beyond. I went into Hessler’s to buy an empty pain bucket. I explained to Julio, I needed to poor leftover paint from a five gallon bucket into a smaller container. My painter bought the paint at another Benjamin Moore store. That store told me they would sell me a bucket, but would not pour the paint for me. Julio cheerfully volunteered to pour the paint without my asking. WOW! Thank you Hessler’s.

Stopped in to get some stuff and have to say this Ace Hardware has to be the nicest I have ever been too. To bad I don't live full time in Delray Beach.

This is the place where you get true customer service. You walk in the door. There are people standing around. Your best bet is to ask them where's the item is that you're looking for and they'll take you right to it. And they know their stuff. Something you won't see at home Depot or Lowe's. It's truly a small neighborhood business with great service. I'm a painting contractor and handyman and starting to go there more often even though it might be a little bit out of my way.

I have always loved ACE hardware. They are usually locally owned, and I love to support that. This one, however, is the LARGEST one I have ever stepped foot in. They seem to have Everything there. It was also very clean and organized. The staff there was also very helpful. If you look lost and trying to find something, they will come up to you and ask what you're looking for, then walk you to it.

A very good experience. Parking is easy, the store is neatly laid out. However, having never been before, I was unfamiliar with the layout. An affable, and knowledgeable, Associate asked what I was looking for. I told him and he led me each place. I was on my way in 10 minutes. Definitely check out this locally owned option before heading to one of the Big Box places.

First time in Ace after living here for a year! What a pleasure, not only is it Squeaky clean, organized, stocked, everyone was professional and helpful, Jay was incredibly helpful. I had an old canopy handle window problem, frozen screws and a new Air Control RH operator was needed. Jay went above and beyond not only to help he educated me on exactly what I needed for the job and how to use it! I was So grateful my window wasn’t closing, no repairman available, I felt concerned, scared. Thanks to Jay I was able to do the job myself properly and even saved myself some costs. “Easy out” for frozen screws who knew? It’s Ace in Delray Beach for me going forward before Home Depot where professional help is Non existent along with everything else! THANK YOU AGAIN, AND THANK YOU JAY!

Love shopping at this place. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Jimmy especially, made me feel like family. It’s not hard to find someone to help you and the employees are all eager to please. The store is clean and organized. I really enjoyed my experience here, will be back again!

I came in looking for something and he went above and beyond to take the time to explain things to me and give helpful insight on how to address my problem and assist to find me the right thing I was looking for. He also helped me to save money in my purchase. This store continues to be my favorite!!
