Staff very friendly and helpful in December my sister and I have been to the store 4 times and each time the staff has been very helpful and accommodating, they really have a great Team there.

Israel is the best! He is sincere, does everything he can to help & patiently answers questions. He not only solved our issues, but went above & beyond to help us with settings, controls etc…We’re happy repeat customers at this store.

Amazing customer service like no other locations!! Smart patient and takes the time to really get to know you and your needs! The store in Military and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach, was clean and had a lot of models to pick from, the staff excellent, very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast in what they were doing. I could perceive that they had a lot of experience in their work and also how to treat the clients, meaning customer service.

I cannot even begin to tell you what a great experience I had at your location today! I needed help with several issues and was not looking forward to it but Samone and Felicia were AMAZING! They made what I thought would be stressful an absolute pleasure! I will be back as soon as I receive my new phone! They are my new best friends lol! Great service always. One of my best purchasing experiences recently. I had an issue with the rate plan about a week after I took the phone service and they immediately fixed it.

She is one of the best customer service representative that I have ever encountered .while at the same time her sales skills are superb.
I personally have over 37 years of customer experience, and have travel all over the world.
So I feel, I can recognize excellence , when I see it!
She needs to be rewarded for “ saving “ me from going back to Verizon!
She took care of all my issues , plus more!
She is really awesome, and because she explained so well the family plan , I can confidently invite my son to switch carriers. I will definitely come back to this store..

Mike Velez was great. Was the most helpful rep I’ve ever had in 30 years. Helped me make an insurance claim and get a new phone right away. I was stressed coming in and he got rid of that completely!

Mike Velez and Samone Jansen were so helpful and kind in helping get a cell phone plan with AT&T for myself and my wife. They were both very knowledgeable about the products and services and have truly made us feel valued as customers. We are now very happy AT&T customers.

I had lost my phone. I went into the store to replace. Christopher was wonderful!!! Very professional, very helpful, kind and friendly. I had insurance, so he helped replace and very clearly, patiently helped me through the whole process. I have never had such a pleasant experience in a stressful situation. Best customer service I’ve ever had at any ATT. Felicia was more than helpful. I was due for an upgrade and needed to change a few things on my account. I called first to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock. She was so nice and was even more pleasant in person. I’ve been with ATT for 13 years and Felicia is just another example why.

Upgraded my phone and added an accessory. Both items were ordered and in on time and I was called promptly when they arrived. Not only did they set up my new phone they were awesome! Melissa was patient (dealing with tech support) and worked overtime to get me up and running. Patrick was awesome as well showing me a few tips and tricks that I didn’t know about. Would really recommend this store because they actually care. I wasn’t just customer #43. 😊

Michael was phenomenal. I was having issues with my monthly payment and he resolved it as soon as he could. He was so patient and ended up helping us get a better deal than we expected! If you ever come into this location, ask for MIKE!
