SIXT Rent a Car

Everything was great except at check in they did not have the car available and the lady at the counter said I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. When I asked if they had any car available for the same price that I was quoted she said “yes but it’s a mini van”. I could care less! Then she said I will give it to you at the price you were quoted. Instead of saying when she saw my car wasn’t ready, go ahead and offer me another car at the same price. Had I not asked I would have had to wait 20-30 minutes at least. Just have to be pro active since customer service is a lost art. When I brought the car back Leslie was great! Excellent service when I returned the car

Always a pleasure renting a car from Sixt. Their express checkout process using the mobile app is amazing and saves time by skipping the counter completely.

My sister had a reservation and we arrived around 8:45 am. There were three young ladies at the counter with the best attitude, so early in the morning. I was very amazed on how cheerful they all were. Tonya assisted us and informed us she was new to her position and to be patient with her. She was super sweet and had a positive attitude. The rental process was a great experience. My family will be back again whenever we visit Georgia.

This is the second time I’ve rented from Sixt and I was completely satisfied. All the cars are so nice and upscale. Made me feel like a star on my mini vacation.

SIXT definitely impressed us on our recent trip. Haven't rented a vehicle in more than 15 years and flashing back to our last experience really wasn't looking forward to doing so. The SIXT experience definitely changed our minds on state of car rental going forward! From start to finish it was great. Their layout, directional signage, location, and processes are obviously extremely well thought out. And let's not forget the most important component that makes this whole process work ..... THEIR PEOPLE. Every employee seemed to be well trained and knowledgeable in their product and process. More importantly, each of their personal appearance exceeded our expectations given the current state of businesses bowing to employees' personal wants, tastes, needs, and to some extent, demands to make personal fashion statements in the workplace, rather than representing the company they work for and who pay their salary at the highest level they would want to be presented to their customer. My hat is off to SIXT for establishing and insisting on this level of customer service.

The customer service I received from Cherrett, Manager on-duty, was outstanding!!! When I explained 2 slight issues with my rental car, Cherrett automatically issued me a 15% courtesy discount for my inconvenience. The BMW I rented worked flawlessly for the minor exception of a windshield washer leak. The Sixt personnel assured me that they will resolve the issue ASAP. I would highly recommend Sixt when you need a rental car.

Actually, the best car rental experiences I've had. I was helped immediately, Jayson the desk clerk was very polite and helpful. He offered an upgrade with reaseable price. I was then directed where to pickup the vehicle, and the staff at pickup was very efficient. The car had a few dents. We asked the staff for a switch and they were accommodating, however the paperwork process would have taken longer to complete, so we just went with the original car.

Just picked up my vehicle and it was a quick and easy process! And to make it even better, the agent I worked with, Antania, was so so pleasant and efficient! The car was ready and she gave clear instructions. Five stars!!!

We had a nice experience with renting through Sixt at The Atlanta Airport. Staff were very nice, and helpful! Our rental was clean and had no issues the entire time we drove it. Drop off was a breeze and their staff once again made the return process super easy! Highly recommended renting from them!

I had to extend a car reservation and Avis/Payless couldn't do it over the phone so I had to drive 3 hrs to Atlanta Airport to thier counter. With that horrible customer service, I decided to rent from someone else! Sixt was there for me! Much cheaper, more pleasant, I wish they were my original choice!

Martina at the counter and Mr Leslie at the returns couldn't have been any better! What an amazing experience, talk about terrific customer service, they were wonderful. I definitely recommend Sixt car rentals! Actually 1/3 of the price quoted for the Payless/Avis quote for the extension!

Great experience renting from SIXT in the ATL airport location. Got the BMW X1 which was a surprise for the better. Loved the car, very fuel efficient, roomy and techy.

I was a traveler in distress when my rear axle with another company was cancelled at the last minute. The Sixt representative at the airport was friendly and helpful. She found a cost effective solution and even walked me to where we would meet out ride to pick up the car. Much appreciated!!

Rented car for a 3 day business trip, where car met all expectations getting myself from hotel to onsite facilities. Would rent from SIXT again. Recommendation for a specific car at the counter was super helpful in getting the right vehicle also.

To the efficient staff at Atlanta Airport rental kiosk. During thanksgiving season when meeting families prompted travel. I thank you for the warm reception, itinerary modification due to my unpreparedness and resolutions instead of condescending attitudes . Sydney and Crew , Should be compensated at the highest allowable pay scale in their respective positions. Great staff..

I wanted to write a review for both the Jamaicans working at Sixt Atlanta airport location. One checked me in and another out (but I never received a text/email with the form). This is the best I can do.

Such lovely, genuine customer service, felt like people wanted to help the best they could! Car was great and affordable. easy check in and out service too. I will stick with Sixt.

We rented a car in Atlanta and were assisted by THE Jayson. He was awesome and is one of the reasons we will rent from SIXT again. The car was also nice and he gave us a nice upgrade for the same price. Great customer experience, but get your associates some relief from that ginormous heater you have as a lighted wall length sign in Atlanta.

I would like to personally thank Martina ! In a time crisis she was able to assist me in getting through the car rental process. Her calm demeanor along with her knowledge kept ME calm. Martina assured me that all would be well and it was!! I’m sure I will rent with Sixt again and will refer others also.

Jasmine was a delight! There was a little bit of a wait due to Masters Weekend, but Jasmine did all she could do to make the experience pleasant and quick! My car exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

If you’re going to rent a car at Atlanta airport, please use this company. Customer service and quality of cars is so much better than the other rental options. Paying a few more dollars is worth it compared to what you get with other companies at this airport. I feel like I’ve tried them all and we will continue to use Sixt.
