This was my first time renting from Advantage and won't be the last. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and courteous. When the other company had no vehicles left and left us hanging, they save the day. Great prices, awesome customer service saved our vacation. Thanks

I’m extremely pleased with the Superb Service I received from my Advantage Rent A Car experience!!! I did not have a reservation at the GA airport, but Agent Kay on October 13th was very professional, accommodating & courteous and helped me get a car. This was the first time in my entire life, that I did not feel like a criminal when I went to rent a car. Other companies have asked me for everything but the kitchen sink. She asked for the appropriate documents, my assigned car was clean & classy, & I was on my way to enjoy my family in GA. When I returned it on 10/17, once again professional & courteous, hassle free service. Thank you Advantage and please know you will be my rent a car place of choice for the future!!!

My experience was amazing! I was supposed to be renting from one car company, but my flight was delayed and they cancelled my car. I was able to book last minute with Advantage, and not only was it easy, I got a free upgrade because the type of car I wanted wasn't available, though the site let me book it. I didn't ask, the Attendant did it on her own. The pricing was fantastic, the car clean, in great condition and checkout was equally as smooth. I just got home from my travels, but have already recommended them to everyone who asked about my trip. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Renting with them was a breeze, my car was ready, they did a normal deposit. The only thing is they charged me $19.99 for unlimited mileage when I picked up but charged me $39.99 for unlimited mileage in my final bill. It cause my bill a extra $40 on top of $44 for me returning 2 hours later. Most companies like acid or enterprise give a two hour grace period. Not happy about my bill being $200 for one day in a compact SUV but the ease of renting was a major plus.

The customer service was great and even greater that they gave the option to gas up in advance at a cheaper price than local gas stations, INCLUDING COSTCO. I only did half a tank and I was right on the mark. The Toyota Camry I rented ran perfectly and looked great. I will rent from them again.

I can not say enough about this car rental company. Brianna was an amazing agent! After having an issue with Routes car rental and booking.com I was stuck renting in the Atlanta airport last minute. I priced around and Advantage had the best prices. Brianna went above and beyond to help us! Can’t thank her enough in the middle of an upsetting moment. She eased our stress, gave us a good deal, and our car was great. Ran super smooth, was thoroughly cleaned, and even returning it was easy and the agent there was also so friendly. I go to Atlanta at least once a year and will be using this car rental company from now on! Highly recommend!

Rental car agencies can be bad during the best of times, but they are even slower, more overwhelmed, and understaffed during covid.... . This location at the Atlanta Airport is the exception. This staff goes above and beyond. Kim was professional, nice, and kept her sense of humor during a stressful check in. Brianna is always smiling and so helpful, , , and Carl took A+ care of me when I called in to extend my rental. over the phone. I could not be happier with this group of fine employees... I got a great car at a great price but the service was the icing on the cake....thank you!

I rented an economy car from Orlando international airport (MCO). I was nervous about renting from here after reading some reviews but had a very normal experience.

I got my reservation through Priceline, it was one of the cheapest options at the actual airport. The price I was quoted online was exactly the same, I declined all the extras except the fuel charge (I had to return the car at 3:30am and didn’t wanna deal with filling up the tank). The woman at the counter was nice and didn’t try very hard to get me to purchase extra insurance when I said I had primary insurance through geico and secondary through my credit card. I did not have to show evidence of insurance.

The car was as expected: fairly clean inside, a few small scratches on the outside. When I returned the car no one was there but I followed the posted instructions and they charged me the original price no extras! I was very happy with my experience.

The onset of getting the car at the counter in GA, was fairly straight forward, but directions given verbally to us both to pick up the car was "downstairs & to the Left" were not totally accurate. The drop off was totally fast and efficient. The young man who checked our rental car out for inspections was the same man who checked us back in when we returned our rental. He was friendly, helpful, and even asked how my son's graduation was (he remembered). This young man enjoys his job and it shows. Keep up the great job young man!!

The Prices Are Definitely Competitive To The So-Called Larger Rental Companies. Also Not As Arrogant As Others. Don't Force You Into Unwanted Vehicles Like The Larger Companies Do.

I have rented from Advantage twice in the past 2 months. They were so helpful when I had 2 flat tires the first time. Brought a new car to me. And help with a last min. Upgrade to a larger car and making it affordable. Great customer service!!!

I was trying to rent a car while I was in Atlanta and everything was chaotic! I decided to try something new so I ventured over to the Advantage Rent a Car counter. The young lady was very helpful and I felt confident that I would be treated fairly. I made the right move and had great service!.

Picked up our car late night and we were served by a super helpful and friendly girl from Louisiana. She guided us through the process and explained everything super clearly. Would definitely recommend Advantage.

This company did the best they could to accomodate me, courteous professionals at the call center and at the counter. I actually got a nicer car than I expected, and with 24hr availability it was so convenient for my 3 hr flight delay. They were understanding and patient. I am satisfied and will use them again in the future!

The quality of the car was comparable to Hertz, Avis, and Enterprise. I wasn't expecting it because of the lower cost. The personnel were helpful and nice. I would use Advantage again.

My boyfriend is 23 and as you may know, it's not exactly cheap getting a rental car when you're under 25. Well, Advantage has the lowest underage fee, hands down. They also accept debit cards which is extremely convenient. This was the easiest and fastest time I've had getting a rental car. Definitely going to be a loyal Advantage customer from now on. Cheap, easy, and fast!!

I never post reviews but I have to after the great service I received from Advantage. The gentlemen at desk was really friendly and helpful. When returning the car, I forgot to gas up so I told the lady processing returns that I would go back out to avoid the high fillup charge - she let me slid with a reduced gas up cost. Then when I got to my gate j realized I left my wallet in the center console. I ran back and she had my wallet with everything (including cash) in it. She had even attempted to call me but I missed the calls in my rush to get back. Truly fantastic service from everyone we interacted with including the security officer that checks the car before leaving the lot.

It was easy to locate at the Rental Car Terminal, as was all the others. If you have any experience renting cars at all, then going through the pick-up process will be as easy as getting to counter. All of the Advantage employees were friendly and made the process easy. I enjoyed my transaction with them.

First and foremost, I was really hesitant in reserving a vehicle from Advantage after reading negative reviews from Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor. I'm happy to say, I'm absolutely glad that I did!! There's no waiting at the counter, Dayremis was courteous and polite! I received a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with under 160 miles. Returning rental went smoothly and quickly. No hidden charges added as previous reviewers mentioned. I will continue to rent from Advantage where available. Thanks!!

I had to rent a car last minute and went through Advantage. I booked online as I was waiting for my flight. When I got there is was right before they closed for the evening. They were extremely nice. I was in a beautiful Toyota Highlander. I will recommend advantage to my family and friends and will use again.
