Jessie at the booth prior to leaving the rental car garage was a life saver at Enterprise. The 2024 Toyota I selected was not iPhone compatible, and my iPhone would not pair after many tries. Jessie went above and beyond stepping out of her booth to help me trouble shoot, she was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. After multiple attempts, she determined that a new car was in order so I would be able to pair my iPhone and have reliable navigation and could quickly be on my way. She left and was back in no time with a new car for me and my son. Her customer service was epic, her instinct quick and her kindness will never be forgotten. As a business owner myself I'd like to recommend Jessie be the inside face of enterprise, a cheerful, smart friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employee is a gift to be utilized and rewarded. I was having already a very rough day. My flight arrived 2hrs late to Atlanta. I didn't have a reservation with Enterprise. I booked my car rental through Thrifty, oh boy was that a mistake. When I arrived to get my rental, there were at least 40 people in front of me waiting to be tend to, and only 2 people working the counter. I walked over to Enterprise and a very friendly representative took care of me in a way that I wasn't expecting. She was very nice and friendly and very patient. She saw how frustrated I was with the situation and she best assured me that she will do her best to take care of me and that's what she did. It didn't take me no more than 10 minutes to reserved a car with Enterprise and sign the paperwork. I was out and about very quickly and I didn't even have a prior reservation. Thank you very much to that representative, her name starts with a K (sorry as I don't know how to spell her name). Overall, it was a really great experience.

Everything about the rental process was quick and easy! Being able to book the vehicle without paying up front was a huge plus. We had pre-checked in and entered our payment info prior to pickup so the moment we landed we headed straight to the garage, showed our confirmation email to the attendant and was told to pick any car from the designated rows! Super easy, decent selection of vehicles, keys were inside and ready to go, and we were on our way! We will always book enterprise when we travel.

Had the BEST experience at the Atlanta Enterprise rental from the counter to the car! Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and efficient. Not only did Thurston provide excellent customer service, a fast, safe and reliable car - Thurston also recommended a soul food restaurant upon request! This was my first time spending more than a day in Atlanta and I knew I would not be able to leave without trying soul food. I won't talk about the delicious soul food in this review, but to satisfy your curiosity, I had dinner at The Southern Gentleman.

Thurston was the first person I meaningfully interacted with upon landing at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport close to midnight due to flight delays. I received a very warm welcome and was delighted by the excellent customer service and just the right amount of conversation; Thurston was cognizant of the line and expertly managed the entire rental car process as the kiosks were unavailable. After the initial process was completed, I was greeted by the lot attendant and escorted towards an attractive Audi. The staff at this location are personable, professional and kind, making it easy and enjoyable to rent and return this vehicle. I highly recommend this location, and, if you get the chance, ask for Thurston!

Having to travel often this year with work, Enterprise has not disappointed. The ease of checking in at the kiosk and not having to wait in line has been amazing. The vehicles have been superbly clean inside and out. The quick drop off is God-sent as there is zero waiting and therefore no delays in getting to my departure gate. A special shout out to Rodney Morris at the drop off point for being a friendly face after the 3.5hr traffic backup on my way to ATL. He brought smiles and joy back to my trip. Thank you Rodney, for the amazing customer service and creating a welcoming environment!

I have rented from this Enterprise location a few times. Always a good experience, friendly staff who really seem to enjoy working there. Quick service and always a smile. The staff is always communicating what they are doing and what the next step will be, the communication is great. An enjoyable experience at the busiest airport in the world! I will rent from this place next time I am in Atlanta. Great job to all that work here.

We had a great experience at the Atlanta Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Because I entered the information online before we arrived, picking up the car was super quick! All staff members were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for a economical, hassle-free rental.

I had a phenomenal experience with Enterprise at Atlanta airport! This was my first time renting a car on my own so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everyone was so kind and helpful every step of the way, particularly Kaleb who assisted me as I was returning the car. He was so friendly and helpful. The car itself was fantastic. Enterprise always excels with fast reliable service every time ! If you’re looking for great service every time you travel enterprise is the place to go! Pick up and drop off of the vehicle is always fast and everyone has excellent customer service Alicia and RT were experts at their job when checking in both my cars. I had an hour drive to the airport and to get there and have such a fast and kind drop off service makes your day! The customer service at the counter of the airport was great too!

This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. I booked online and got a great rate--as low or lower than any other rental company. When I got a text as I started my trip telling me to go directly to the rental car garage when I arrived at my destination. I did not need to check in or sign anything. When I arrived at the garage, an attendant glanced at the reservation on my phone and told me to pick any minivan I wanted from a selection of 10-15 vehicles. They just checked my driver's license as I drove out. Check in was equally quick and effortless. Great experience.

I was warmly greeted by Wayne at the kiosk Thursday am and perhaps he sensed I was very tired after my red eye. He happily helped me through the kiosk interaction and had a nice chat while he assisted

Once outside your team continued its terrific service with clear communication and directions. I think it was Paula at the gate who assisted me with directions which was appeciated.

I have to S/O an employee for going above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Her name is ((Kristina Bellamy )) and she works at the Enterprise connected to the airport. Being this is our 2nd time reserving with Enterprise, somehow our reservations was messed up and we couldn't get the vehicle we wanted until Kristina showed up & showed out. 👏 She showed us pure respect. She was understanding and polite. Most of all, she handled business effectively. 👏

Absolutely impeccable., the staff was very professional. The directions were very clear. My vehicle was superb. being able to use the self check in was an experience I will never forget, and one that I will always cherish. I absolutely love renting from Enterprise and will always speak highly of them respect the loyalty that they have for their customers.

Rented with Enterprise for a recent business trip to Atanta. Upon check in I needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle so I could pick up some co-workers. The cs rep was very helpful, efficient and got me squared away quickly. The car was great and returning was quick and easy. I use Enterprise almost every time I rent, both for business and personal use. Their prices are competitive and the service is very good!

This may have been one of the best rental experiences I have had. Granted, I didn't get the exact start off place, but once inside and vehicle sorted out, it was a great experience.

Paperwork went through smoothly. They told me to go pick my car and I was out the door. The return was easy as well. Drove the car to the line up, they scanned it in, and took over form there.

I have another rental.coming up in a couple weeks, so expect an update!
