Alamo Rent A Car

I needed a rental car to use for a weekend trip to Atlanta, GA last week and after browsing around some of my options and reading some reviews, I thought Alamo seemed like a good company to rent from. I'm glad I gave them a try. I reserved a full size sedan online through a third-party booking site and when I went to pick up the car it was exactly what I needed. I was able to drive it away within a few minutes of arriving at the garage and the condition car was excellent. It was clean inside and out, controls were easy to operate, I was able to quickly adjust everything inside of it to get everything exactly where I needed it. I only needed it for 2 days so I didn't run into any issues at all with it probably because it was a brand new car with very low mileage. Still, all in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Alamo.

I used to rent with Avis, but their lines have become so long and they never have enough desk staff to accommodate that. Switched to Alamo last December and now just used them again recently. Very pleased with the switch! A gal named Misty was very accommodating in helping us change from an electric vehicle (which we somehow didn't realize until getting to the exit gate) to a regular vehicle. Then when we returned the car, the gentleman (I believe named Nathan) was very friendly and helpful.

I had some mechanical problems with a convertible Mustang and they resolved it immediately and change my rental car for this Baby 😍 Challenger.

I was able to utilize the "Skip The Counter" feature, which I absolutely love! EVERY rental company should offer this.

The car was clean, comfortable and ready to go.

Returning it was also a breeze, as I parked, removed my luggage and a friendly agent scanned the VIN number and off I went, completely satisfied.

Great experience. Friendly, informative, and fast. I had a reservation with another rental agency (I won’t name) and they were TERRIBLE to say the least. It took well over an hour to see the customer agent (only 3 people ahead and two were already being serviced when I arrived). Then once serviced, they didn’t have my vehicle type requested, only to have a returned Kia compact that hadn’t been cleaned or serviced. I immediately contacted Alamo online while standing at the counter and within 2-3 minutes I had a confirmed reservation. I was shuttled to Alamo and everyone from the Alamo rep (Tyrone), to the vehicle specialists in the garage, gave me A+ treatment. It could not have turned out any better with Alamo. The vehicles were pristine.

I went on a trip with my son for his birthday he loves cars and enough though he wasn’t driving he wanted a sports car. Jay T. At the Atlanta GA Airport office was so helpful, his customer service was a10 out of 10. He got us in the car of my son’s dream. I want to say Thank You to Jay T. You are an awesome person.

Alamo has always been my preferred rental company, for a few reasons. For one, customer service has never done me wrong. Todays customer service representative Jeff, was very kind and helpful. Second, the cars I rent are always extremely clean. Lastly, the prices is so much better than other rental places.

I had a wonderful experience. I rented from Atlanta Airport, and Ms. Karen at the rental counter went above and beyond to ensure my rental process was easy and smooth. She was able to turn my frown into a smile from my traveling while continuing her professionalism. There were two other gentleman that was working along side her that morning, and they were awesome as well. When it was time to return the vehicle, Anthony was exceptional. He made that process very stress free and quick so that I could make my flight home.

My experience with Alamo was hassle free and the attendant who helped me was friendly and courteous. It was an extremely busy weekend due the the holiday and it being spring break. I normally use another rental car company whenever I’m
in town but with that company I always seem to have an issue getting a car. After my amazing experience with Alamo I will not use any other rental car company again.

I had a good experience. They make the process quick and easy. Affordable too. Just be prepared for a line or just go ahead and pay upfront, it does have to be with a credit card. If you do decide to go through the line, they do move people through efficiently.

First time renting a car. We didn't know what to expect. After talking to counter staff, she was polite and guided us through like nothing. Arrive at car pick-up was even easier. She told us pick up any vehicle on zone one and two. The return was simple and fast. Thanks you Alamo rent a car.

We rented a Dodge Challenger here and were very satisfied. The pick up and drop off procedures were very easy. One advice is to ensure that you have a reservation prior to coming here.

So much more convenient to bypass the counter! The last time we rented a car at ATL (from another company, not Alamo) we stood for almost 2 hours at their counter. Friendly and helpful staff pointed us in the right direction when we arrived. When we returned the car, TC was outstandingly friendly and helped us end our trip on a high note. Thank you!

I originally booked with another car rental company but due to its location’s lack of customer service at the Hartsfield Atlanta airport I decided to book with Alamo. My sister always speaks so highly of this company so I decided to give you all a try. From the moment of me stepping in line to dropping off my rental, I felt genuine care and concern. Upon my return, I was greeted with a representative with a smile on his face. He (I believe his name was Rodney) asked how did I enjoy the car I had been given and after expressing a concern with the car’s brakes, he immediately jumped into action to try rectifying the issue. Alamo is now my #1 choice whenever I’m traveling. No ifs, ands, or buts about it!

I used Alamo in the Atlanta airport. There customer service representative was outstanding, very helpful and it didn't take long to get the car. It was the best experience I have ever had. I will definitely use them again. If you want to get a good price and good service I recommend them

Staff were exceptionally helpful. At check-out, the agent got into our car and tried to hook up my phone to the car's console. He couldn't do it because the USB port was the wrong shape for the cord I had and the car didn't support Android Auto. He immediately offered to swap out the car for a different model. The manager, LJ, brought the replacement car and we were able to connect up my phone perfectly. She even offered us a 5% discount for our trouble. Checking back in after our trip was quick and easy. TC checked us in and helped get all our suitcases out of the trunk. It was out first time in at Atlanta and were were very nervous about driving a rented car there. Every staff member went out of their way to help us and make it an enjoyable experience.

Easy to navigate the website, and picking up the car was a breeze. They also have the best price when compared to other rental agencies. All of the staff were great to deal with.

I use Alamo skip the counter service and it is fantastic. I travel to Atlanta and the RCC is always busy. With the skip the counter service, I head right to the lot and pick out a car. Can’t imagine anything being more smooth and stress free.
