Routes Car Rental Atlanta

We rented a car through Routes with no expectations and through our travel club. Things seemed a little shady at first. We landed in Atlanta and followed signs to outside the airport. A male who was not easily identifiable informed us that a bus would be by shortly to pick us up. When the bus came, there were no markings on it. We trusted the questionable individual and border the bus. It took us approximately 1 mile from the airport where we went to Routes.

The lady helping us at the counter told us that our original vehicle booking was for a compact sedan. She looked at me, I am 6' and over 300 lbs. She said she was going to upgrade us to a 4 door Jeep Wrangler so I would fit better.

We enjoyed the vehicle which was basic, but got us around for 1/3 rd the price as other car rentals. Although there were bad reviews, we had 0 issues and will rent from them again!

I came there for five days and rented a car for a great price. I didn’t have any problems. The people there were very nice and I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. If I ever need a car in the Atlanta area I will come see them.

I was recently in Atlanta GA and rented a car from Routes car rental. What a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the business itself was organized and efficient. Will definitely rent from them in the future. For some reason this review is coming up under my sons account but none the less my experience with this company was excellent.

I rented a vehicle in January and was skeptical due to not hearing about the company before (I’m Canadian) but when I say I’ve never had a better rental experience , I mean it ! The shuttle bus service was fast and the driver was so nice and helpful ( wish I asked his name but a complete gentlemen). The staff in the rental centre were beyond kind and had us laughing . This is my second time in atlanta , the last experience with enterprise was horrible but I left routes feeling great and confident. Not only did they provide fast and great service they even gave us a free upgrade !! You really can’t beat the price especially for the quality of service provided . Special shout out to Amber , she was so kind and made the rental super easy as well as the entire staff . We truly appreciated their services . I highly recommend routes !!

First time using routes I will definitely use them again. They were very polite and prompt. They get a 5 star from me. Super good customer service. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews some people just complain to much.

Sydney was very patient with us today and had excellent customer service. He kept his composure and greeted us with a smile. We will be sure to come back and work with Routes car rental on our next travel journey.

The best experience I've had at a car rental agency. Shuttle was on time, pick and return was no hassle. Jordan at the front desk was professional and personable. I left there feeling light hearted and ready for the next leg of my trip. Don't hesitate to try Routes car rental.

Extremely convenient. Free shuttle straight from the airport that takes you right to the lot. I had a cancelled flight and they worked with me to extend my rental last minute, jumping through hoops to make sure I still had a vehicle the extra time I needed with no extra fees. Highly recommend.

I have used routes over 5 times out of the Atlanta airport. I’m overly pleased with the service and punctuality of this location. Cori the manager has been great to work with. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental.

Arrived late evening and Preston was incredibly nice and efficient. Got us in a great car and on our way post haste. Also our shuttle driver was very professional and courteous. Had never heard of your company before but was very happy with our experience

I have a great experience with my car rental this weekend with Routes. Melissa was warm and pleasant while checking me in and getting me a vehicle for my visit. Then Ronnie was very friendly and welcoming upon the return of my vehicle. I loved the great hospitality from both representatives. The place was also clean and smell amazing.

Best car rental experience ever. Smooth, professional, friendly, courteous and just exceptional. I highly recommend this company and will most definitely use their services again.Melissa was great to work with and so was the gentleman who checked us in.

I had the worst experience with Hertz. In fact, so bad that I gave one star out of grace because a zero wasn't available. I was told at the pickup counter that I would require a credit check due to not having a credit card. Then was told that was ineligible to rent. Afterwards I was still charged a $45.23 no show fee. But I didn't forfeit the rental, but just ineligible. I wouldn't refer Hertz to anyone who needs food, air and water to survive. Better yet to a dog who was capable of speaking.

Absolutely a mix up and my sincere apologies. Perhaps I'll be more calm in the future and proof read. But this message was for and did reach Hertz. Thanks for explaining and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Very friendly staff. Fast pick up from rental car center in airport. Guide you on how to get a rental car center. The car condition is good. Overall, all good experiences.

Made long term parking reservations for the Thanksgiving holiday. We loved the really close proximity to the airport. An extra plus is that they have shuttles that run every 15 minutes and guests are dropped at the train, bypassing the long lines of cars battling to the departure/arrival terminals.
The shuttle driver was really nice and courteous.
Will definitely park here again when flying out of Atlanta.

I was unable to actually rent my car from Routes Car Rental because I booked a car with my flight through priceline. However, Jordan was AMAZING. She really went above and beyond to help me over to another car rental location that could work with me only having a debit card. She also helped direct me on how to get my money back through priceline since we were unable to pick the car up. It was very frustrating to not know ahead of time I had to have a major credit card in order to rent a car, but that wasn't to the fault of Routes Car Rental Company, rather it was priceline that didn't make that clear and I have never tried to rent a car before so I was also unaware. I truly appreciate how awesome Jordan was in helping direct me on what to do in my situation. She was very kind and professional and I'm sure glad she was the person working! Thank you so much, Jordan, for helping a stressed-out momma with 2 kids get to a place that would be able to work with my circumstances. 😊 Amazing customer service!

Ms. Melissa is great!!! I called 3 times to find out how to get to the car rental place and I got her on my third time calling. Got me there quick and was soooooooo nice and helpful when I made it. Wish she was my auntie fr! Beautiful soul
