I had a lovely experience renting a car with Robust Rental Company for a family trip. I got good value for the money I’ve spent and also a nice attentive staff. When I had to change my reservation for a bigger car they gave me no problem at all. I would most definitely recommend this company to everyone and also I’ll be a regular customer. The rental process was very simple and they don’t require you to sign your life away to rent a vehicle. The car was clean and it ran perfectly. After an awful experience at the Atlanta airport with other rental companies, robust rental came in and completely saved our family vacation! The customer service is above and beyond any I’ve ever experienced. I left something important in the vehicle and they immediately mailed it to me! We will only rent from robust anytime we come to that area! I won’t even bother with the other places. Malik is wonderful and did everything he could to save our vacation, truly a blessing!!
