Light music plays in the background. The sounds of the cafe does not echo like other larger chain coffee shops 🤣 (much appreciated)

Perfect spot for coffee. I come here alone to study or with company to chat - pretty versatile. Keep in mind that it can get crowded at times, so if you like to work in peace, bring a pair of noise canceling headphones. Service has always been on point too. I normally get a coffee alone but they have plenty of pastries, food, and other drinks to choose from!

The pistachio mocha and the raspberry tart was great!! I found out about this place from the Chasing the Kingdom podcast and the work they are doing to fight human trafficking! I will definitely be going back! I would have given it 5 for atmosphere but there was a dumpster across the street and it was a very windy day so we couldn’t sit outside or near the front door without smelling it 🥲 Once further inside we didn’t smell it and it was fine. There are nice and unique rustic decorations inside 😄

Really enjoyed their blueberry cobbler latte! The house made blueberry syrup is much better than any store bought blueberry syrup. Has well extracted espresso and isn't too sweet.

LOVE this coffee shop! I have never gotten a bad drink. We tried an empanada our last visit and it was delicious! The baristas are always nice!

Great place for a meeting over coffee. Spacious and a lot of parking. Coffee is really tasty and a great quiet place. A must stop in the Sanford area.

Small but intimate. Very cozy and a great spot to chill and get some work done. The boys working there were very nice, sweet and a bunch of goof balls! The Mocha Late I ordered was so delicious. I came on a busy day but I got my order right away. If I’m ever in Sanford again I’d definitely be coming back here!

Such a cute and quaint place! Just got a couple drinks to go and there wasn’t much wait at all. The hostess as super nice and the place has a lot of options to choose from. I ordered an iced Berkeley’s chai and an iced blueberry cobbler latte and they were both delicious. I have to say that the chai latte hands down, was the best chai I’ve had ever! Chai tea is my absolute favorite and the extra flavor of this one just hits the right spot. I didn’t get food but I looked at the menu while waiting for my order and saw a kimchi sandwich on there that was sold out. I definitely want to try that

Great spot for wonderful coffee and breakfast food in sweet historic downtown Sanford, FL. Excellent service from Grace made my day off to a good start! Got the traditional macchiato in a lovely solid yellow mug brewed to perfection and the ginger pear scone warmed up had a hint of savory and sweetness.

Palette is a local staple. The proceeds going towards fighting Human Trafficking is one of the many reasons to get your latte here. Over the nearly 5 years we've been going here the staff have always been professional, friendly, and attentive. The coffee is delicious and balanced with seasonal selections to keep things interesting. The inside is cozy and warm with tables, benches, and power strips for laptops and couches for reading and kiddos.

My husband and I have been here before but never appreciated the coffee as much as when I was offered a sample of the pistachio flavoring! I am not much of a favor in my coffee gal but this won me over to the dark side!!! Ok to the Dark Chocolate Pistachio Latte side to be exact!!!!

Sanford is between my mom’s house and mine, a perfect stopping point for caffeine or one of their decaf options (all delish). The staff is low key, polite, professional and just what you want any am!

There are about a dozen tables inside and half dozen outside in this sleepy part of town. Perfect for getting work done. Clean, plenty of parking, and some fun shopping stores on the next street as well.

Even the brick street aids you in taking you out on the ordinary Starbucks boring offerings. This cafe is more European. For fall they are also offering a Caramel Apple Brûlée Latte and making their own apple syrup! Yum!

A very cute coffee shop in downtown Sanford! I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and my fiancé got a nitro cold brew. Both were delicious! Friendly staff and a bright, inviting atmosphere.

I cannot say enough about Palate! This is by far the best coffee I have ever had. I highly recommend the pistachio dark chocolate latte and their seasonal fall drinks. My fiancé and I drive from DeLand just for the coffee, it’s that good!
