I have been having A/C issues since I moved here but the maintenance guy (never learned his name) but he's the cutest, nicest, hard working young man. Talks really fast and I have a hard time understanding what he’s saying half the time but when I tell you this fella works his butt off, especially if it’s an emergency like an A/C issue in this Florida weather. Every-time I called rather it’s during business hours or after hours this young man was at my door within 10 mins. Needless to say my A/C is finally fixed and I think this young man needs a raise ASAP! Over all I LOVE MY NEW HOME🥰

I just want to say thank you for always being there when I need your help for being on time and fixing everything so quickly. Maintenance people are awesome and very respectful. They always knock on the door and ask permission to come in and if I'm not home they called me and asked permission to come inside. Thank you for your service.

Ever since High Mark Residential bought this complex a couple of months ago, I can already tell things are going to be in the right direction. Finally someone responds to my emails, calls and actually follows up with requests! Now maintenance works fast. I wonder whatever happened in the past that things didn't seem to flow smoothly but whatever it is, I am so happy with positive changes this early. Keep it up, guys. And thanks!

The Fixer man came to fix for window blind. He was a nice but one thing was uncomfortable. He didn't notice to me about visiting time. Manager Kira ordered him to fix blind, that time no one was available . When I came home, i was frightened because someone was in my room. I need notice about visiting day and time next time. Please, don't make me frightened. The service was a good.

Had put in for maintenance request. The maintenance guys showed up before the ink was dry on request. Great job!!!

I have so many great things to say about this community. Been living here roughly for about 2 years and I have no regrets at all. It is close to both I-4 and 417 making it extremely convenient to drive South if you want to visit Disney or take a walk on the beach at Daytona or New Smyrna beach. Local gas stations at your convenience, great restaurants, Hotels, Spa's, Sams Club, BJ's, Publix, Walmart and right up the road from our local Mall. The community is quiet and kid friendly. I look at the children playing outside and it takes me back to my younger days when kids actually enjoyed being outdoors, (riding bikes, hide and seek, etc.) I feel safe allowing my children to play outside and they have even made some solid friendships along the way. I myself have made connections with my neighbors and have met some great people as well. My children enjoy the pool whenever the weather permits and I have never had any issues with management attending to my needs or requests! Calling this community my home came at a time in my life when circumstances were very trying for me but it was a brave step I took in the right direction. And it has been such a pleasant experience for both my children and I. A huge thank you to management for staying on top of things and maintaining such a clean, safe and positive community for its residents! I truly appreciate your dedication to us all!

Very safe, clean and quite. I am regretting leaving these apartments because of moving out of the area. Everything is just as the pictures are shown. Maintenance respond quickly.
