Judy is the best!!!! I called last minute as the flowershop down the street was a huge let down. But Judy saved my day!! She took me in last minute and still provided me with a beautiful arrangement without rushing her quality of work!! Extremely nice woman.

Judy did a wonderful job in fulfilling my recent order. I had some very specific requests and she was extremely helpful, attentive and personable. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, fragrant and delivered within the requested time frame. I will happily choose this florist again and highly recommend.

I purchased my floral arrangement from Crystal Rose Florist referred to me by the Sinai Chapel in Delray Florida. I am a New York resident who reluctantly had to purchase these flowers over the phone. Once I called Crystal Rose I was assured that the arrangement would arrive on time and that I would be very pleased with the peace. I was contacted the day after the burial by a family member describing the arrangement as so beautiful that the family took it home. Very pleased with my experience with Crystal Rose Florist and recommend them highly.

Had a last minute request for a flower arrangement for an employee funeral.
After receiving no help from a few other local florists, I contacted Judy at Crystal Rose and she guided me thru the process, she even called the funeral home while I was there to get the correct information.
They now have a new loyal customer and I recommend them highly!

Excellent, searched for closest local florist to my daughters work address. I like to order direct from the florist vice using a service like pro flowers or others. Ordered at 9:30am and flowers were delivered by noon. Daughter was extremely pleased with the arrangement and it was overall nicer and fuller than the picture on their site. Daughter said the delivery person was polite also. Will use for future orders.

I was delivered the wrong flower arrangement as a gift. It was beautifully done but not what the customer had in mind. The owner of Crystal Rose Florist, JUDY, called me and redelivered another OUTSTANDING arrangement. I was more than pleased. She handled the situation very professionally. Thank you Judy!
