Holly made the home-selling process simple and fast. Not only did she support, refer and guide me through legal obligations in order to get ready to sell, she consistently followed up and ensured that things were going well. She was very fast and responsive via text and email as well. Holly was able to secure my asking price and get my house under contract in 10 days! If you are debating on using a qualified realtor, don't. JR helped my wife and buy our last house. I think two things set him apart from other realtors. The first, was that as we were going through different homes, he was able to pick out potential issues that we would have never pointed out. It was like was like walking through the house with an inspector. He really knows houses. Secondly, when we found the house we liked, he ran numbers on what all the other homes actually sold for and we were able to come in with an aggressive offer and got the house.
