Jersey Mike's Subs

We never had Jersey Mike’s before today. Very impressed.

Just my first time there. The sandwich is amazing and the service was above average and the people seemed really nice and chill. Will definitely be going back

Sadly they put mushrooms on a sandwich that was not supposed to have them. They ask for a tip before they provide any service.

In my younger years, I had a chicken cheese steak from Pete's Diner almost daily. (South Jersey, just outside of Philly) talk about the heart and soul and birthplace of the cheesesteak. I was told this place would be the closest thing to the real deal.
I haven't had one in years, so I ordered quickly. I rushed up there and grabbed it as soon as I could. Meanwhile, I'm telling my daughter these awesome memories surrounding this awesome sandwich. Well, now she's super excited. I drive home like something out of the FnF Tokyo Drift movie. ( but safely ) we both ran inside like it was a race to the table, double or nothing elimination, winner take all.
Screw the plates and napkins, I ripped the bag open, got my daughter's food ready first, almost there.. oh man, smells and looks the same as when I was a kid, I can't freaking wait, (I'm pretty sure my mouth was just pouring drool) I rip my bag, take the biggest bite and ohhh man..... this is so amaz...AWFUL.!!!! I spit it out and didn't take another bite. It wasn't even close. I know there are other factors that play here, too, I'm sure. So upsetting. I hope yours is better than mine

Horrible and I will never ever go to that location again. I ordered two sandwiches and they basically made the sandwichs with absolutely zero communication with me as to how I wanted it or what I wanted on my sandwich. The fact that the condiments were free it makes even less sense. To add insult to injury I spent $30 for two so you would've thought the service would've been way better. I do not recommend this location nor will I ever encourage anyone to patronize that location. Absolutely horrendous and as you can see from my comments I'm irate. Had I not swiped my card I would've asked d for a full refund and left. You only get one time period!
