Publix Super Market at Oglethorpe Crossing

Nice store and wonderful workers.

Super bowl Sunday had 5 registers opened so lines moved fast. Smart mgmt. Also all the chips were on sale and nearly everyone was purchasing.

11/15/2021 Covid update:

At opening times, most of the customers here wear masks. Most of the employees do, as well. Mask wearing tends to fall during the day, particularly by customers, so go early if you respect the power of Covid. Certainly more mask-wearing here than at Publix Town Brookhaven.

Always well stocked. Great staff - almost all of them are always helpful.

Arlene is a Great Cashier, excellent customer service!! All the staff are very helpful.

Love coming to this location. Very friendly employees, especially Alyssa Naomi. Talk about a dedicated worker! She goes above and beyond to do her job. Hey bagging skills are unbelievable. I'm not just saying this because I'm her dad. If you don't believe me stop by and see for yourself. She'll be the one with the prettiest smile in the entire store.

Wow best service ever received from Ms. Simone in the bakery! I called a different Publix asking if I could order a small white cake with cream cheese icing and pick it up around the time that I called the next day and was told no, that I would need 24 hours and it wouldn’t be available until Tuesday -it’s Sunday! Thankfully they know how to do math at this location, I am so grateful for Simone ..her customer service was outstanding and she was very friendly!

I spoke with Justin in the bakery. I wanted to place an order for a cake, that is unfortunately no longer available. Justin was very kind and understanding and even went out of the way to ask the bakery manager for suggestions on how to get my cake just right. Publix cakes are ridiculously good without being too sugary, heavy or sweet. I appreciate the great work and patience Justin, please keep up the good work.

Actually forgot how nice this Publix really is for it to be an older build it still shines up pretty nice. And like most Publix stores they are truly one of the greatest grocery stores in the country in my eyes. Of course I love the subs that's probably the only reason I will come by there but you definitely can save money with their buy one get one free deals so if you're ever in this area and you need to go by Publix this is one I would recommend.

The store was conveniently near my office. I ran in for an exchange and customer service was outstanding. Got in and out quickly during the lunch rush. Even got a sandwich from the deli. Great stop and a great store!

I live two blocks from my favorite Publix at Piedmont and North Ave. but I work near this one and I would LOVE to see it open @6:30am because I actually sit in the parking lot and at least o Three occasions it opened after 7am I have to be @ work at 7:30 if it’s 7:15 when I’m coming out the store I get to work at 8, some employees live close by they would Love to open earlier

Not to big but big enough to have what is needed. I think it is a better layout than the new Publix in Chamblee, particularly the deli.. Employees always are very friendly and helpful.

This is from someone that hates grocery shopping, this is the only place where I don't mind grocery shopping. Any Publix I visit. I never feel like they're doing me a favor by helping me. I feel like they genuinely want to do so. Also, there's always someone around to help, you don't have to wander the aisles aimlessly looking for a store employee and when you ask you feel like you aren't being bothersome. They're motto "Where shopping is a pleasure" is so true.

We Only have Ingles where we live. So, when we visit our son who lives in the area, we almost always head for Publix. So it is ALWAYS a "Pleasure" to shop at Publix. Freshness, helpfulness. LOVE it - Everytime! Thank you

Wow, I go to this Publix at least once a week, I'm working nearby. This morning was particularly special, I'm not able to do much lifting due to back issues🙃. So first one the Store Managers, where I needing 2 of the 24 pack mini bottled waters, Bless his heart he carried them to the checkout,(SO THANKFUL). Then the young lady/cashier who check me, afterwards her Supervisor, informed her to get a Cart and take the 2 Waters out to the car for her. I COULDN'T STOP THANKING THEM ENOUGH, SO PRECIOUS, IT BLESSED ME👏🏾. It's still those little things in life for me🥰😊🥰.
