Doctor Curtsinger is absolutely amazing. He’s smart, funny, caring. I trust him. He is amazing at what he does and will make you feel so comfortable. Nurse Lydia is absolutely amazing too and soooo nice and helpful. I felt so safe with her and she put all my anxiety at ease. I also loved the other nurse but I cannot remember her name but she wore glasses and was so kind to me. The whole office here is just awesome as well, (Elaine and Kaley)Love them. They will call you and check in on you, they answer so FAST when you call. I love them! Most doctors office I’ve been to in the past never answer the phone! Lol.

Dr. Curtsinger and his staff are amazing! Elaine is so helpful and makes sure you have everything you need, before and post-surgery. Every nurse I came in contact with was caring, friendly and funny! Allison was very patient and very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that really put me at ease. I am only one week post-op, but so far, I am extremely pleased with my results and will use Dr. Curtsinger in the future.

When "shopping" around the Savannah, GA area for my breast augmentation, I chose Dr. Curtsinger because of his vast knowledge and experience and also his many highly rated reviews. The reviews did not disappoint! From the moment I scheduled my initial consult appointment to the post operative care appointments, Dr. Curtsinger, his nurse, and the staff at Savannah Plastic Surgery have all gone over and beyond excellent customer service and quality care. He communicated thoroughly with me during my consultations, answered all of my questions and has such a positive energy that fills the room. I went into the consultation with an open mind (being a 32A, I was timid about implant sizes - all I knew was I wanted bigger). I chose the 450cc Mentor Xtra High Profile implants - below the muscle - and could not have made a better choice for myself. His guidance and reassurance was really helpful when it came to deciding on the right fit.

The surgery itself was smooth sailing as well as the post op experience. Dr. Curtsinger ensured I was comfortable the entire time and has been there every step of the way. I only had 3 true days of downtime and have been going non stop ever since. I got back to my CrossFit gym with only a few modifications in weight limits and am really loving the way my tops and swimsuits fit.

I am so honored to say that Dr. Curtsinger did my breast reduction/lift. He also did my moms (reduction/lift) and my sisters(augmentation) breast’s. "amazing" would be an understatement for Dr. Curtsinger. From the moment I set foot in Savannah Plastic Surgery, I felt at ease. I was never rushed to make any decision. Elaine, Kailey and the overnight nurses were wonderful. The results are unbelievable! Their service does not stop at the surgery. He took care of my scars too! Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Curtsinger, Elaine and Staff! One month before a 360 degree body lift and a breast lift, I had questions about the surgery. I emailed my questions to Elaine, and the next day, Dr. Curtsinger physically called me and answered all my questions! I felt very confident going into this surgery. I'm now 6 weeks post-op and if I have any questions or concerns, Dr. Curtsinger will physically call and answer them. The nurses that were with me the night of my surgery was also fabulous! I used Dr. Curtsinger for a reduction on November 20th. I’m a 32 year old full time working mom so it was hard for me to do something for myself. It was the best decision! Dr. Curtsinger and his staff were excellent from consult to follow-ups. The surgery went to smoothly and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable and calm. They really cared for me after. I felt listened to every step of the way.

The best part is, I feel amazing! I went to a work Christmas party and the compliments would not stop! I wish I would have done this sooner. For the first time since babies, I am excited to exercise and get ready for swimsuit season.

Dr. Curtsinger is an amazing doctor! I just recently went through a breast reduction and lift. I am a little over 2 weeks post OP. I went from a 32DDD to about a 34C. After having two kids and being relatively petite, I was having back pain. From day one, he has been nothing but kind and seemed to be very excited about what he does. His stagg are absolutely a joy. His nurse Kaley is literally the sweetest and most helpful person and is very much available to you at all times when you have any questions. My healing has been amazing, my scars are looking so great, and I am overall so happy with everything that has happened in the process with Dr. Curtsinger and would recommend him to anyone in the the area that may want to consider plastic surgery. To me, my breast are perfect and I love them now :)

Let me give you a husbands perspective. First off I have had dealings with another very reputable plastic surgeon in the area and have always been very happy with the job he has done. I honestly thought it didnt get any better until I met Dr. Curtsinger and had dealings with his office. Let's start with the work he has done on my wife. She had went to him a few years ago for breast augmentation just prior her and I starting to date. He did a fantastic job. I was very impressed, but I wasnt there to see how he treated his patients or how the office worked. When it was time for the full body lift after 3 kids. She again went to Dr. Curtsinger. My wife and I were discussing her consultation,and I remember saying how much I dreaded going with her because I didnt want to sit there forever. She tells me we want be waiting long. I thought she would be wrong, because as I said before I had dealings with another reputable doctor in the area and everytime I needed to see him I knew I was going to be in the waiting room for at least an hour and more than likely 2. To my suprise we showed up on time and we never even sat in the waiting room. They took us back immediately and shortly there after Dr. Curtsinger came in. I was blown away, and on top of that he was very up beat and happy, very honest about the results she could expect and what recovery would be like. She is 3 months post surgery now and everything he said was 100% accurate. He said she would have the bottom of a 20 year old and I'll be damn if she doesnt. Her results are amazing. If she has had any concerns she calls Elaine and if she doesnt have the answer right away Dr. Curtsinger will call back his self immediately.
I just wanted to touch base on how amazing the rest of the staff and the facility is. While my wife was in her 6 hour surgery, the city was doing work on the power lines. In the middle of the surgery the power went out. I of course immediately ran to the counter and one of the nurses tells me not to worry. She explains to me that she has been in surgery before and when they come out they notice that the power was out, but while in the OR the power never even blinks. I was relieved. The staff would give me updates regularly to calm my fears. The service doesnt stop after the surgery either. My wife can be a bit of a hypocondriac, but with every phone call she is greated with compassion and comfort.
I would highly recommend Dr. Curtsinger, and if I ever have the need again he will be the first call to operate myself or anyone else in my family.

Thanks to Dr Curtsinger in Savannah, Ga I have my pre-baby body back. I'm 45 years old and the mother of 3 boys. I've never been overweight but after having kids I had a lot of loose skin. Dr C did an amazing job on my lower body lift and my breast implants. He's the absolute best!!!! He's been my Plastic Surgeon for several years now. He’s always been so helpful in helping me decide exactly what I wanted for myself and has never been one to push any opinions on me. He’s very patient and great at asking his patients what they want to accomplish with each procedure. His bedside manner is exceptional. He’s never been too busy to get me in or answer any questions I’ve had. His staff is awesome as well. Everyone I’ve ever encountered in his office has always been very respectful and helpful. He’s very informative and just makes you feel very comfortable as the patient. He’s done work on all of the females in my family and we have all been satisfied with not only his work but also who he is as a person. When he did my lower body lift a few weeks ago he held my hand as they put me to sleep in the operating room. To me that says a lot about the kind of Dr he is and the kind of Dr I certainly appreciate.

Dr. Luke Curtsinger has been my plastic surgeon since 2005. The first time we met, I was amazed at how comfortable I felt discussing the most uncomfortable part of my body. He was very patient and listened. He only wanted what I wanted and he only wanted it to be perfect and exactly what I expected. I must say he more than exceeded those expectations! In 2008 I returned to seek additional surgery and again he was so sensitive to me as a woman in business and in the public eye. His treatment of me has always been conservative and that has been the most impressive thing for me. Currently he provides me with my facial rejuvenation and he does an excellent job, again always treating me conservatively and providing the perfect result for me. Thank you Luke to you and your staff for excellent care for all these years!

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am today! Dr. Curtsinger of Savannah Plastic Surgery performed a mommy makeover which included a breast lift only 1 month ago. Ms. Elaine & Ms. Katy in his office have been amazing. They worked diligently with me to get the procedure scheduled as quickly as possible and have been just as amazing after the procedure. The surgical nurses as well as the night nurses were so patient, kind and took exceptional care of me. I'm only 5’0,” 145lbs pre-surgery average weight and mostly contained in the abdominal area. Both of my teenagers were delivered by cesarean approximately 19 months apart. For years, I have been unsuccessful with diet and exercise to rid myself of the ugly abdominal flabby fat/skin flap hangover. I have always been self-conscious of my appearance. I would “pack” my hangover into my girdle that I wore every day for years. As a nurse, I have even had patients tell me I had a big stomach. So, to say I was beyond delighted when I woke up and rubbed my flat stomach is an understatement. Then when the bandages were removed, I was ecstatic to see my flat stomach. I didn’t have any drains to be aggravated with; just a smooth flat stomach to ooh and awe over. My results continue to improve each day as well as my self-esteem. My husband calls me his little baby doll. My only regret is I didn't go see Dr. Curtsinger sooner.
