Nice place

I rented the park pavilion at park on park in Sanford for the day with an add on for water because I told them we were getting a water slide there. The day comes and we had no water turned in or the spicket on. I called the city of Sanford and they said they would send someone out immediately, I waited 2 bours and finally called again and they said they needed proof that I paid for the water, so I sent them the paid receipt with the water add on on it, they finally sent someone out. I paid for the day and got 2 1/2 hours taken away from me. I tried calling two different times after that to try to speak to someone about possibly getting some of my money back or some kind of compensation due to not having the full day of water that I paid for and still nobody returned my call, it’s been a week.

I NO LONGER WANT MY CHILD IN THE CITY OF SANFORD AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY CHILD'S NAME ON THE LIST AND WHAT WOULD BE THE NEXT STEPS FOR HIM SUCH AS TRANSPORTATION BEING THIS WOULD'VE BEEN HIS FIRST TIME WITH THE CITY OF SANFORD I WAS SO RUDELY INFORMED THAT I JUST NEED TO LOOK AT THE RECEIPT AND JUST LET HIM SHOW UP FOR AFTER SCHOOL AS IF THAT EXPLAINED ANYTHING. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I REALLY WANTED THIS TO BE A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR HIM BUT I WON'T SEND HIM ANYWHERE THAT I CAN'T EVEN GET A FRIENDLY PERSON ON THE PHONE TO EXPLAIN SOMETHING SO SIMPLE AND SUPPOSED TO TRUST MY CHILD WITH THEM BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. SO IF YOU'D BE SO KIND TO RETURN MY $40 I'D APPRECIATE IT. ( Buffy Beck)THANKS FOR YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM !!!
