I cannot say enough great things about these guys! Recently, I was in a bind with a leak in my garage caused by "something" on the roof. They had someone out immediately, evaluated the issues, provided clear pathways to repair and got me scheduled. As things became more pressing with persistent rains, Kelly moved mountains to get a repair team out to fix the issues, and also addressed some risky items that they found. I've trusted and relied on them for the past 5 years I've been in this house, and they show me time and time again why! Amazing group of folks!

I developed a leak with the recent rains and had 3 different companies come out for estimates. Hugo from Jeff Albert was great and explained how the repairs would be done and what to expect. They were also able to fit me in their schedule where the others were very much delayed. We also got a full roof replacement quote from him and he showed the materials they use - hot mopping and bitumen rather than the new peel-n-stick variety. It is worth the extra money to me to get the better quality materials and workmanship. The roof repairs were done quickly - in about half a day- and you cannot even tell they were there at all. Perfect workmanship and the wife is very happy- so I'm happy too! I would recommend this roofing company to anybody who needs repairs or a new roof.

I was referred to Jeff Albert Roofing by a close friend. At every step of the process from the estimate by Hugo to the repair work led by Eddie and Carlos - these guys shined. They showed up when promised and the work was done quickly. My property was spotless after they were done. I would highly recommend this team for any repair work. A friend from church recommended Jeff Albert Roofing to me when my flat roof started leaking. Jeff sent out a team member right away to inspect my roof for repair. Eventually I decided on a full-roof replacement. I received three separate quotes and chose to go with Jeff. Not only did Jeff come highly recommended, his price was the best of my three estimates and our face-to-face meeting gave me complete confidence in him and his team.

Jeff's team got started on the job immediately after the permit was approved. They started early every morning and stayed late into the afternoon. Every time I had interaction with the workers they were smiling and friendly. I had several interactions with Stephanie in the office -- she was terrific! On the third day the roof was completed and ready for final inspection.

Overall I don't think I could be happier with my experience with Jeff Albert Roofing. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Jeff Albert Roofing, was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive, but they were the most professional. From Kelly and Stephanie in the office, to the technicians sent to repair the damage, Jeff Albert Roofing did exactly what they said that they would do, when they said they would do it. And, they did an amazing job!

His crew showed up every day ON TIME, professional, organized and left our property every day almost spotless. We had constant communication with their amazing office manager, Stephanie, who answered any/all questions. She was always available for any question and always replied back almost immediately. I received several quotes to replace my roof. I contacted Jeff Albert roofing and I went to go over everything with him at his office. Loved his professionalism and Stephanie Rodriguez is the best assistant. I had a little set back with all the rain we have had, but Jeff showed up and took care of everything. . His follow up is impeccable. My husband and I refer him since the quality of work exceeds our expectation. My husband and I give him 5 Stars.

They replaced about 2 dozen broken tiles and the price was reasonable. Our roof tiles were discontinued and they were able to find a close match where you can't tell the difference. They also stuck to the quoted timeline. Overall a good experience.

This is a very professional organization. Excellent customer service with Margaret and Stephanie taking care of all my requests, questions and concerns. Roofing crew were also very professional and gave me a sense that the issues I had with the roof were being competently addressed.
