I gotta be honest I didn't have him really do any work for me but I asked him for advice and I needed him to take a look at something for me and he was very willing to take a moment and help me out and give me advice without expecting a payment. In my opinion that in it's self deserves 5 stars because it's very hard to find a business these days that will help you in the smallest of ways without you paying them for their time. So, in the end, I might not be able to rate his work, but I can rate his customer service, and that, in my opinion, is 5 stars for sure.

10/10 would recommend. I was a little hesitant at first due to prior experiences I’ve had with muffler shops, but than I started reading their reviews and saw pictures of there work. From my long tubes all the way to my exhaust tips, there is nothing but professional craftsmanship. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. It’s hard to find good work like this anymore. Thank you Mr. Muffler!!!

Jamie did an outstanding job on my exhaust. I know my truck had rust issues. He cut, flared and welded my exhaust to the point that the vehicle drove as if I pulled straight out of the dealership. I really appreciate his services and his professionalism.

Bought my 65 Impala in to get the exhaust redone. Dude did his thing. If you need any exhaust work done this is the guy to see. Awesome job!!!

Excellent repair done quickly and inexpensively. I had another shop work on my car and after a week the o2 sensor fell out. James put a new mount on the exhaust .. better than new. Also repaired another leak .. all in less than 4 hours. Amazing work. Highly recommend. Has done catalytic converters on two cars for me previously

They installed a full twin exhaust on my 1953 Chevy truck and it looks and sounds great.

The service at Mr. Muffler is A plus! He installed a Flowmaster Super 10 on my 2017 1500 Ram and it sounds and feels great.

He has done my Silverado and my little Pinto. Both came out excellent and sound great. Highly recommended.

I went to get my muffler replaced. The man was very knowledgeable and I felt safe leaving my car with him. I was satisfied with his work. I was able to drop off my car and he called me when he was done. I would refer this place to everyone.

Being a woman u never feel like u can trust mechanics but I never got that feeling with him. He was able to fix something on my exhaust no one else was able to figure out! He’s incredible!!! Such professional work on the phone and in person! They speak to you on a personal level and not just “another number” or “another day on the job”. I was highly pleased at how fast they were able to get me in and out while also explaining what was going on with my car. The owner is a great and honest guy who looks at things thoroughly. Brought my truck in there the other day and even though he had to close up shop, he took the time out of his schedule to examine the issue and know what the exact problem was. Don't waste your time going to some big mechanic downtown. Down-to-earth shops like these are all you need. 5 stars.

We had vandals steal the Cadillac converters of a few work vehicals. I called a few places to get rough ideas of pricing and time frames to repair. He was the only one that spoke numbers and time frames while on the phone. And I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. The rest took a day or two to call back and their pricing was all over the board.

We used him and his work was fast and efficient and he did a great job. Highly recommend any one needing anything exhaust wise to go see him

I just want to say thank you so much for fixing my daughters car and saving me over $700. You have a new customer for life that’s bringing her family here too. Y’all are honest and fast. I had gone to Midas to get an estimate on what needed to be fixed and the cost, they had quoted me over $1200, insulted my daughters car, got grease all over the steering wheel cover on top of making us wait over an hour to just look at the car. Y’all looked and fixed her car in under an hour. Again thank you so much for the honesty and great work. 😊🤗👍
