Diverse menu with many different cultural options. We enjoyed the hibachi steak with white rice and chicken hibachi with fried rice both served with a delicious side of vegetables and additional side sauce options. Quick and courteous sevice.

I have been here a few times before I write this. Every time I’ve been here there’s been a little bit of a language barrier, but I was served with kindness, and the owner was very nice to me. The food was great and cheap! I will definitely come here again an again.

Food was made fresh and the cashier was friendly! They open your food up before they give it to you to ensure you are satisfied with it.

Ordered online. Food was great! Large portion. Hibachi steak, chicken and shrimp and Fried rice. A lot of shrimp. Egg rolls and Lemonade. It's got my vote. 😊😋

This is one of my top picks for fast hibachi style food. It's clean with nice staff. The service is fast. Food is fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place as I have to everyone to try out. The salmon and chicken hibachi meal is great.

Wow! This place is so good I got mild and hot wings and they are really good. Very clean and neat.

Absolutely love ordering Ahead and picking up my food to take home and relax without having to cook. I'm normally not a fan of Yum yum sauce but I always be sure to get extra bc its almost addicting. Egg Rolls are a must ! They're not huge giant grease traps nor ever soggy. Perfectly snack sized, crispy, flavorful! (Also not to mention always having leftovers for that midnight snack that always for some reason tastes better)

Food and service is great!

Great wings and fried rice!!UPDATE: Got wings and rice take out a few times recently. Each time wings have been bad, tough, dried out, not much meat on them. Like they were cooked earlier and not made fresh. They use to be plump moist meaty delicious wings. Much better in the past, not sure what's going on but hope they get this issue resolved. I really would like to order from here again. Was my favorite wing place but not now. It will be a while before I get take out here again.

This visit I ordered the Hibachi Steak. I was greeted by the order taker/cashier and asked for my order. The cashier was very attentive as well as friendly and efficient. I waited a short time for my order. My food was perfectly prepared as usual. The food was hot and tasted great. My wife and I frequent this place fairly often and I can't remember a bad experience. One of the best least recognized places in Gainesville.

Have to say I have moved from California to Gainesville and this is by far the best food I have had out here and I'm talking the best food. They should literally be packed 24/7 because it's that good and I really love food in California some of the greatest food and it's comparable to California food and it's the only place I found that is actually worth the money and its juat so delicious. I had to write a review and I never reviews by the way so they are winning!!❤❤

Sumo Hibachi and wings is pretty delicious. I've only had the House Hibachi, but I've had a few times now with little complaint. The steak, although shaved thin, isn't dried out or stringy. The chicken is cooked well. The shrimp doesn't have a fishy, old smell or taste. The rice is cooked very well and is delivered in large portions. I usually get egg rolls with my order and they always taste fresh.
My only complaint, and its more of a nit-pick, is that they always give way more cabbage than other veggies with their hibachi meals. I'll eat it just fine, just would prefer more broccoli, carrots or onions.
Next time I go here I'll try the wings.

I know this is a strong statement, but this is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Gainesville. The hibachi is authentic and delicious. Granted I got the same thing every time, chicken hibachi with fried rice and broccoli, it never disappointed. This is the epitome of don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is 10/10 and the owner jp is the kindest and most courteous human being. If you’re thinking about going, go now. Don’t hesitate.
