Wellstar Imaging Services at Atlanta Medical Center South

I hadn't been at this hospital since South Fulton was the name. I gave birth to my son at South Fulton and had a major surgery there also. It seems as though the name change and probably letting some staff go made a big difference. Sometimes when you enter a place of business, you're not always greeted by the front desk or an employee walking by. But that didn't happen to me. Everyone said Good Morning!! Everyone that was on staff at 8:30 until about 9:45 or 10:00 am in Admissions, Front desk, and Radiology thank you!! Wellstar you got some good people on board!

Having imaging services at Wellstar went well with no problems. The technician was great introducing herself a couple of times during the scanning. The main person came in and finished with the scanning she gave me her card and walked me out. Thanks to both of the ladies.

I got the best care at Well Star, I wasn’t expecting all the little details that the staff paid attention to. Mary did my CT scan and gave me two warm blankets because it was so cold. After we finished she gave me juice and a granola bar and that perk me right up. She also burned me a disc to watch of my ct scan.

This location provided to me exceptional customer service, the staff here process me for my examination quickly, they provided the type of customer service that you very seldom see anymore. The staff I had contact with is a asset to this location and the City of East Point. Job well done

Normally, a 5 star review would not be forthcoming from me - especially for healthcare services. Acknowledging the ravishing effects of COVID-19 on healthcare systems universally, I also note there are some healthcare systems that 'outshine' others. This facility fits that bill. It is exceptionally clean & well managed; the staff is courteous & very knowledgable. I highly recommend Wellstar Imaging Services to any one looking for a positive experience.

WellStar is very convenient! All Doctors @ same building, you don’t have to drive all different places for all my medical needs .

This Facility was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite it was my first time getting an MRI done so I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and it was over with in no time.. Great job!

Wait time and paperwork was very minimum the day of appointment, did short pre certification on line before day of appt. Every one was very professional and very courteous.
