Tasha in the office has been the absolute best in assisting my son in his transition comfortably. I am personally huge on professionalism and overall common courtesy and even with my back to back phone calls on the application status or my sons frequent trips to the office, she was more than accommodating. Such a sweet human being and takes her job serious in helping and assuring you will find a new place to call home. Tasha ROCKS!!! A+++++

I haven't moved in yet so this is a pre-move in review. The property itself is very nice with a great location. The office staff specially Abra have been very helpful with all the leasing/move in process and paperwork. The only minor hiccup I've had so far was a change in the move in date, because they're replacing appliances, which is good, not only they're cleaning the unit before I move in, they're also make sure everything is working properly. So far so good (hopefully next review is to give it all full 5 stars and add nothing but great comments)

07/18/22 Update: Almost 4 months since moving in and it has been great. I say it again, The office staff are professionals, very helpful and friendly, they truly care about the residents. All the maintenance is right on point, every time I've needed anything done, they're on top of it. It's quiet and all the neighbors are respectful and friendly. The community is kept clean and landscaping is done on a regular basis. The pool area is also nice and clean, I don't use the gym lol but is there.
Great community to call home!

I rate it 5 stars. I received the best customer service from Jessy. She helped a whole lot with everything and going through the process. She always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. And I was in panic and calling to make sure I was getting my apartment because I had just had to move out of my dad's and didn't have a place to go with my son. The week/weekend before my move in date I can't tell you how many times I called and Gloria and answered and was so nice as well. Jessy made sure that I had everything set before moving in as well. I will recommend for anyone who is looking for an apartment to try here first. Best customer service I received. Staff is amazing! Thank you!

Want to give a huge shout out and even bigger thank you to Jessy and her awesome maintenance team especially the supervisor Mariano for making this happen easy and smooth and quick. My move in was a great experience and I appreciate all they did to make it happen. What a great team they have.

I have lived here for three years and thank God I haven't had any hardships with my apartment when things break the fix them in a timely manner maybe if my neighbors help keep our home clean we wont have a problem with the trash in the front. Management can only do so much it's not fair for maintenance to have to come in every morning to clean up behind people that no better we have to do better as a community to keep this place clean and stop blaming the apartments. And I will also like to thank the team in the office I think they doing a great job no they may not always answer the phone LOL but they dont mind you stopping by they have a open door and willing to help. and a special thanks to Jennifer for always willing to help anyway she could ❤

The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Tabatha is the leasing professional that helped through my whole process. There was some stressful things that were going on but she reassured me that she had me and we were gonna work it out. She made me feel very comfortable and like family. Thank you so much

I have no problem with windchase I live here for 7 years the office staff gives me the help I need an they have been there for me maintenance have come when the problem is big like my air conditioning they don't make u wait I live on the the 3rd floor if the men is out they will help bring up my groceries we all acknowledge each other in this building I'm happy living at windchase

Just moved in last month. I have to say it's so far so good. No complaints. They placed new carpet down, new cabinets doors. I did have some issues with roaches when I moved in but they took care of it and now there gone.
Maintance from what I see do there job the best they can. I do see many residents who don't know how to take care of where they live. Many times residents forget trash on the car and it falls in the street leaving a mess then they don't pick it up. Yes, the dumpster gets full but that normal since alot of people live here. I see maintance every morning cleaning it. For a 3 bedroom the price is great. The economy is growing and so are the rent. I enjoy living here near all the stores, mall and schools. 5 stars!

i have lived here since last yr, and i haven't had a problem yet. when ever i ask for something to get fixed it's fixed right away. i have never had a problem with the office and nor the people that fixes things in the apartment. it doesn't matter how cheap the rent is, people should care where they live and take care of their place and not hang out and do things they shouldn't then maybe u will have nothing to complain about. real talk!!!!

Jose was knowledgeable and he worked fast. He is also very friendly. He always bring a smile to my face whenever he comes out because I know that he will fix the issue or get someone who can.

I really appreciate the new leasing consultant ...she always has a great attitude..is super helpful and very easy to talk to ...you guys should of been had someone like her.I would also like to say William the maintenance tech is a very hard worker and very friendly ..he always does a great job . I enjoy living at Windchase and would recommend to family and friends.

Ms. Abra made my lease renewal process very easy and stress free! It made my heart smile to know that my apartment staff is already on top of things !

People like to complain about everything this is a very good place to live and it’s very affordable people don’t know what they have until they lose it while yes every morning they may be a pile of trash in the front they do their best and they come every morning to clean it there’s not just one person living here But a bunch of families everywhere We should take the time to not be so selfish and think about others people only know to talk about the negatives everyone’s experience is different check it out for yourself I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed have a great day.

My maintenance guy fixed my AC the same day. He’s very professional and I always have a great experience with him

I have been a tenant, at WINDCHASE APARTMENTS for about a decade now, and throughout this time, I have Cherished WINDCHASE APARTMENTS, as a Nice A.P.T.S Home. This is because the Staff, Team, and MANAGEMENT, has been very CONSIDERATE, EFFECTIVE, and has ALWAYS SHOWED COURTESY, to me as a tenant. I love WINDCHASE APARTMENTS, because, they are very spacious,nice, and come with Several Great 👍 Amenities. The locations is easier to access Downtown Sanford, Lake Mary, and Seminole Town Center. We lived there for 2yrs and we loved the place .. the stuffs r really friendly and helpful.. any issue in the apartment and they will be there ASAP... and main part on this price rent the apartments r huge and clean place ... atlist the manegment alwaz try to keep the place clean and they r alwz there to help ... loved the place and miss is too ❤
