Great gym that is tucked behind the fun center. This spot is old school but with solid equipment and some nice specialty machines. A little bit of pig iron also. CT Fletcher would approve!

Great atmosphere with knowledgable & concerned staff.. They always have the members best interest as the first & highest priority!!! I've been to alot of gyms but FDL is in a class of its own!!!

This clean, local and black-owned gym is a true gem. Recently started personal training with Dustin and the atmosphere is definitely unforgettable.

Be ready to get after it because it is a gut buster from start to finish. Reminded me how important cardio was plus the class really pushes you to the limit. I'm sore but looking forward to another class
